Pantera Capital announced that it has invested a record amount of money in TON.
The exact amount of the investment is still not disclosed. However, the fund has already invested in Bakkt, Bitso and Alchemy, which at one time raised from $250 million to $300 million.
Dan Morehead, the founder of Pantera Capital, said in an interview that what attracted him to TON was the Telegram community with 930 million active users. This advantage will allow the new technology to spread rapidly. Unlike most blockchain platforms, TON immediately gets a ready-made audience.
