Just In: SEC Approves Innovation Exemption for Tokenized U.S. Stocks to Trade via Onchain AMMs
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced that it has officially approved a temporary, conditional exemptive framework (the "Innovation Exemption") to allow limited pilot trading of tokenized National Market System (NMS) stocks on specific onchain platforms known as Tokenized Securities Venues (TSVs). The exemption provides temporary regulatory relief to TSVs, ensuring they are not immediately classified as "exchanges" under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 when offering tokenized equities through permissioned automated market makers (AMMs) and liquidity pools, while also establishing clear guidelines for liquidity providers deploying proprietary capital for market-making support. — link

some lessons that might help (applies to majority):
1. never short something in price discovery
2. never short high momo
3. never short uptrends
you will feel like a 180 IQ when you hit it once, but you'll get blown out the other 9 times
there are easier battles to fight
sounds like common sense but you'll be surprised because people are always tempted to pull off a BIG SHORT or they try to be contrarian to feel smarter than the average market participant
market always checks your ego for you if you don't
there will be 1% of players that can time their shorts disgustingly well, but i believe they would advise you against following them too
the trend is your friend until the end
