Grayscale has filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to launch the Grayscale HYPE ETF, which aims to track the price of the digital asset HYPE (net of fees) and may incorporate staking rewards subject to certain conditions; the fund intends to list on NASDAQ under the ticker “GHYP.” — link
