🔶 🇳🇬 BREAKING: Binance moves to settle tax case with Nigeria.
Binance has confirmed it is seeking an out-of-court settlement with the Nigerian government over alleged tax evasion.
The move was revealed in court by Binance’s legal team as Nigerian authorities acknowledged ongoing settlement talks.
The case has however been paused until May 2026 for updates as negotiations are still ongoing.
