UK plans to ban political crypto donations
The UK government plans to introduce a moratorium on political donations made in cryptocurrencies.
Authorities say the move is aimed at preventing the use of opaque funds and foreign interference in elections.
The bill is currently under review at the committee stage in the House of Commons.

X hints at crypto move
Nikita Bier teased a potential crypto product or integration on X.
He noted that crypto had a “rough year” and suggested the platform might “launch something to fix it.”
No details yet — but given X’s масштаб and past ambitions around payments, even a hint of crypto integration is enough to spark speculation.
If X enters crypto, it could bring massive retail attention back into the market.

BTC rally looks fragile?
Analysts at CryptoQuant say the recent move above $79K is driven mostly by speculative demand in perpetual futures — not real spot buying.
At the same time, spot market demand continues to decline, which weakens the foundation of the rally.
A similar setup was seen back in January, when BTC peaked near $98K before cooling off.
If traders start taking profits, the market could face a correction.

The market for tokenized real-world assets has grown by more than 420% since the start of 2025 and surpassed $30 billion.
The main growth driver was tokenized U.S. Treasury bonds, whose volume increased to more than $15 billion.
Analysts believe the next stage of growth will depend on tokenized stocks and funds.

❄️ Tether froze around $515M USDT over the past month, blacklisting 371 addresses
The biggest crackdown happened on TRON:
▪️ 329 addresses frozen
▪️ ~$506M blocked
Meanwhile on Ethereum, freezes totaled only ~$8.7M.
📝 The numbers once again highlight how centralized stablecoins really are — one company can instantly freeze hundreds of millions with a single blacklist update.
“Be your own bank”… unless your bank account can be paused remotely.

Markets turned red after the underwhelming US-China talks
Nvidia led the sell-off after Donald Trump approved H200 chip sales to China — but reports suggest Beijing showed little interest in buying them.
Meanwhile, Bitcoin dropped toward $78k, raising fears of a deeper correction.
For many traders, the key zone now sits around $75k:
if BTC loses that level, momentum could accelerate quickly. Some analysts even argue that this time a fall toward $60k might not provide strong support either.
Bitcoin has followed surprisingly similar cycles for years.
If history repeats again, the market may first wipe out overleveraged traders before offering the next real accumulation zone

🇺🇸 The US Congress just introduced a new bill for a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve
The proposal already has bipartisan backing and more than 10 co-sponsors. 📝
Main goal:
✔️ accumulate up to 1,000,000 BTC — roughly 5% of Bitcoin’s total supply.
Part of the reserve could reportedly be built using confiscated BTC and other seized digital assets.
Interestingly, US authorities recently seized nearly $500M in crypto linked to Iran during “Operation Economic Fury.” 👀
Lawmakers behind the bill openly compare Bitcoin to gold, arguing that the market itself has already chosen BTC as the primary store of value in crypto.

Billionaire investor Tim Draper believes quantum computers will crack banks before they become a serious threat to Bitcoin
According to Draper, even if a successful quantum attack on Bitcoin were to occur, the network could theoretically recover through a fork back to the last secure block.
He also argued that Bitcoin is currently in the weaker phase of its four-year cycle and could eventually "eclipse the dollar" as confidence in fiat currencies gradually declines.
Draper is no stranger to bold Bitcoin predictions. The venture capitalist famously purchased 30,000 BTC in 2014 and has remained one of Bitcoin's most outspoken long-term supporters ever since.
While the quantum threat remains a popular concern, Draper's view is that traditional financial infrastructure may have bigger problems to solve first.

The Altcoin Graveyard Keeps Growing
Nearly 40% of altcoins are now trading at all-time lows, failing to recover even as Bitcoin continues to rally. For many tokens, this has become the harshest bear market in crypto history.
In previous cycles, a rising BTC eventually lifted most of the market. This time, the story is different: capital is concentrating in Bitcoin, a handful of large-cap assets, and sectors with real traction, while thousands of smaller tokens continue making new lows.
📉 The era of "everything pumps eventually" appears to be over. In today's market, liquidity is becoming increasingly selective—and many altcoins may never revisit their previous highs.
