💗 Career tip: save proof of your work before you need it.

This is especially useful in crypto, where projects can pivot, shut down or remove old websites and communities surprisingly quickly.

If there’s work you may want to reference later, keep your own record of things like:

» Published content
» Campaigns you worked on
» Results or metrics you’re allowed to share
» Product launches
» Community initiatives
» Public announcements
» Testimonials or feedback
» Links to work that is still live

You don’t need to turn everything into a giant portfolio.

You just don’t want your only proof of two years of work sitting inside a Discord server that no longer exists.

💗 When a job description has 15 requirements, don’t treat all 15 as equally important.

Start by looking for the things that repeat.

If the role mentions partnerships in the summary, responsibilities and requirements, it’s probably central.

If a tool appears once at the bottom of a long list, it may be less important.

A simple way to read a JD:

» What will this person spend most of their time doing?
» Which skills appear more than once?
» Which requirements sound essential vs preferred?
» What outcome is the company actually hiring for?

You don’t need to match every bullet perfectly.
