Each action of a test network participant was evaluated in terms of points, and if they reached the required minimum, they would receive the drop. If they did little and did not reach the required minimum (how to check and how much exactly is needed is not specified), they would receive nothing. Perhaps the team means points on Galxe, and there have been previous announcements that tokens will be distributed to those with over 4500 points, but the actual minimum requirement is not yet known.
