ββHello everyone! The news about LayerZero raising an additional $120 million in investments and the possibility of a snapshot has taken over Twitter. Let's dive in and see if this is true.
πͺ First off, should you still be active on the network and hope for a drop?
My answer is yes! There is no information about snapshots yet. Optimism, for example, made one eight days after a new deposit. However, it is not guaranteed that LayerZero will do the same.
Why should you pay attention to LayerZero?
At a minimum, because Samsung and other large non-crypto funds are among the investors, which is already a plus. Also, according to CoinDesk's statistics, the project is valued at $3 billion, which is quite a lot for the L0 platform.
What can you do now?
From a fundamental standpoint, I recommend:
π Go over the volumes again to show activity. This can be done by:
β’ Rage Trade (DEX): swapping and adding liquidity.
β’ Radiant (Lending): putting stablecoins in loans, using the internal bridge.
β’ Holograph (NFT): creating your own NFT and bridging it to another network. To save on fees, you can use Polygon and Avalanche.
β’ LZ Domains: creating your own domain.
β’ Sushi xSwap (DEX, Bridge): swapping between networks.
π Use the native bridges on the test network:
β’ LayerZero USDC Bridge: moving USDC (links to faucets on the site at the bottom).
β’ LayerZero Testnet Bridge: swapping Ether to the Goerli network and back, adding liquidity to the pools.
π Start using alternative bridges such as: AptosBridge, Swimmer Bridge, Bitcoin Bridge, Liquid Swap, Harmony, OmniBTC.
π The most important ones are staking on Stargate and voting on Snapshot. Roles in the Guild will also be useful.
π Based on the data collected on Dune, ~1700 wallets have 50-100 transactions. Getting into this range is a minimum requirement. You can check how many transactions you have using the link (search field at the bottom).
β I have added interacting with 3-5 protocols and bridges to my daily task list. Since almost everything runs on Ethereum and EVM, I use the Metamask wallet. For the Aptos bridge, I use Pontem and Martian.
That's all the important information. The risk/reward ratio is good, and always remember that it's never too late to start being active. And don't forget to DYOR!

ββπͺ OpenseaPro airdrop, how to get it?
OpenSea Pro is an NFT marketplace, formerly known as Gem.xyz before being acquired by OpenSea.
We've all been witness to the hype Blur has created with their airdrop, the guys from Gem, not to lag behind, launched a similar activity, the site directly says: βWe re keeping score - We are keeping track of your activity on the Gem platform. Game on!"
It's likely that some members of the team left on retirement after losing out to competitors on a drop, although this isn't certain. Those who participated in the closed beta test were given the opportunity to mint NFTs, but I don't think that's all there is to it if they plan to retain a large chunk of the audience.
At present, the platform is available to all users, and there is a wallet activity icon in the upper right corner that will likely be used to reward users according to their score.
What to do? π Follow the NFD guide
P.S. The gas fees are definitely a deterrent, but I'll try a couple of accounts. Considering how they treated early testers, it's possible that even minimal activity on the platform could yield good rewards, but as always, DYOR (do your own research).

ββWhat's the buzz about the ZetaChain testnet and Coinlist? π€
The latest Coinlist announcement has caused a stir, but why is everyone rushing to fill out the form? This isn't the kind of testnet where we just click around the website and give feedback in Discord. ZetaChain is selecting validators, meaning node holders, so there's no talk of a launchpad or easy money here.
Why Coinlist?
Most likely, ZetaChain partnered with CoinList and will conduct their sale on the platform, so they decided to delegate the form selection process to them.
Should you fill out the form if you're not setting up nodes?
It's worth filling out the form just in case, for two reasons:
β’ Perhaps priority participation in the sale will be given to those who have filled it out.
β’ If you fill out the form in a knowledgeable manner and are selected as a validator, you can sell the node account or learn how to set them up.
Note that experience in setting up nodes on Cosmos SDK and development experience will be taken into account when filling out the form. So if you still decide to fill out the form, gather as much information as possible on this topic and come up with a portfolio.

π Tweetdeck
Takes alpha searching on Twitter to a new level. With Tweetdeck, you can organize your feed more efficiently and search for information rather than relying on Twitter algorithms. You can also track various lists there.
π ChatGPT
The capabilities of ChatGPT are still limited, but it can already do a lot to save time searching for information.
π GitHub
Considering that most open source code is hosted on GitHub, the number of people who use it to find information and new projects is negligible. If you want to find important information before the crowd, your path is on GitHub.
π Etherscanβ¦
β¦and similar blockchain explorers in other networks. They provide a lot of information and the ability to track what other tools may not see.
π Token Terminal
If you want to analyze whether a project is profitable as a business, you should go to Token Terminal. They provide such important indicators as protocol revenue, commission fees, active users, and much more.
π Bubblemaps
One aspect of cryptocurrencies that is often overlooked is token distribution. Bubblemaps is a simple tool for visualizing distributions and connections between wallets. This helps identify supply manipulations.
π Token Unlocks
Studying the token unlock chart can be useful for finding short opportunities or evaluating long risks. Token Unlocks is a simple tool that allows you to find out about the timing and volume of token unlocks for many projects and to evaluate their tokenomics.
π TokenSniffer
When looking for 100x gems, it is important to be able to spot red flags to reduce the risk of losing money in rug pulls. Token Sniffer helps identify obvious scams - don't trust it 100%, but it's great for initial screening.
π Dune
In Dune dashboards, you can still find information about almost any aspect of tokens, protocols, wallets, and contracts. The number of transactions, liquidity volume, statistics on a specific blockchain, or airdrop analytics - you can probably find a dashboard about it or at least create your own.
π Revert
An indispensable tool for LPs - it provides an overview of PnL pools, potential IL and APR, potential trends, and much more.
π xo2
One way to identify early trends is to search for projects with quality subscribers from CT. While many already know about TwitterScore and TweetScout, xo2 is still in the shadows. In the meantime, it aggregates data and highlights potential trend projects that can be further researched.
π Dexscreener
If you are looking to go full degen in these markets, Dexscreener is a strong tool that allows you to find new pairs, track large transactions, set alerts, and more.

ββHow to run a LayerZero account with just $5?
LayerZero is an omnichain protocol that allows for easy transfer of assets across different networks. The project has raised $293 million in investments from tier-1 funds.
A new method has emerged to "run" accounts on LayerZero by spending as little as $5-6.
β’ Buy MATIC on any exchange.
β’ Gas up using Bungee (costs around $2-3 in MATIC).
β’ Purchase 60-70 STG using MATIC on 1inch.
β’ Transfer STG between networks using StarGate.
β’ Buy a small amount of BTC through a website and interact with the Bitcoin bridge on LayerZero.
Operations with AVAX and FTM are also possible, but MATIC has lower fees. The total cost is approximately $5-6, and with this, we get: 10 transactions, network interactions, and the use of other bridges on LayerZero.
