Binance has announced a $400 million recovery plan to support users and institutions affected by recent market liquidations.

🔹 $300 million in USDC will be distributed to users who faced heavy liquidation losses between Oct 10–11, based on their loss ratio and asset size.

Eligible users could receive between $4K–$6K directly in their Spot accounts within 96 hours.

🔹 Another $100 million fund will offer low-interest loans to institutions and ecosystem partners struggling with liquidity, helping them restart operations.
