Cryptocurrency exchanges MEXC Global, Huobi, and Bybit have announced the launch of the $150 million development fund for FetchAi. The funds will go toward encouraging developers to build on the platform, according to an emailed statement on Tuesday. FetchAi is a layer 1 blockchain that can act as a layer 2 network as well as an interchain bridge.

Coincheck, one of Japan's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, has arranged to merge with a Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company Thunder Bridge Capital Partners IV.
