MetaMask team is currently working to figure out why and how to get it back up again. Below are some suggestions on what to do in this situation.

1. Users that currently have it installed shouldn't have any issues, but now is a good time to verify that you have your recovery seed in an easily-accessible but secure place.

2. Users wanting to install MetaMask on Firefox/Opera/Brave/Etc: You're still free to do so. The extension was only delisted from Google Chrome

3. Users wanting to install MetaMask on Chrome: You should wait until its back up. Follow Metamask's twitter (https://twitter.com/metamask_io) for updates and DON'T INSTALL a MM extension from the Chrome store until MM posts about it being available again.
