BTC Update October 10th

In the past 72 hours, BTC as continued to consolidate, pushing sideways with no real or clear direction in play. We have now seen 3 failed attempts to break the $55,000 price level. As a result, alt coins could potentially be facing similar difficulties at their respective resistance levels due to the lack of buy pressure of BTC.

Please keep in mind the AltCoin formula:
BTC x altBTC = $$ Value

In the bullish scenario, we could break out of the indicated purple box and later use it as a level of support to then go on and reach new ATH’s for BTC

Alternatively, in the short term bearish scenario, we could break downwards below $53,500 resulting at a retest at previous price level between $48,000 and $52,000. This will give us opportunity to enter new trades or strengthen our current positions.

No matter which way the market moves in the short run, the overall sentiment is still bullish and should remain that way granted we don’t break below $48,000
