Sun, who invested $75 million into WLFI and is its largest holder, claims the team quietly activated a concealed blacklist function in September 2025—freezing his wallet without warning or explanation.

He’s also alleging that the WLFI team:

- Manipulated governance votes to legitimize fund freezes
- Silently siphoned fees from user transactions
- Viewed the crypto community as their "personal ATM"

Since the incident, $WLFI has plunged roughly 83% from its all-time high of $0.46.

Sun’s frozen holdings—once valued at $700 million at the peak—are now worth just ~$45 million, with no ability to exit his position.
