Binance Alpha February recap

Airdrops claimed: $95.06
Fees spent: $210.5
Loss: $115.44

Verdict: Terrible

Spent $93 in the first week testing a new strategy that failed. Reverted to my regular strategy. Tried a different strategy on the 15th and it backfired, costing me $52

I finally found a perfect strategy in the last week, but it may have just been too late. We'll see.

I hit 16 volume points everyday except on the 8th where I racked up only 15 points. On a good day, it cost me $3.44 for 16 points.

Claimed two airdrops yesterday. Unfortunately, I couldn't claim OPN today. Let's see if I can claim any airdrops before my points run out.
Learning price action and market structure using the ICC method has helped me to stop fighting trends.

Before I was a trend fighter/scalper. If I see a token pumping, I'll position for short with 25% of my margin. I'll only add the remaining 75% once my position is 200% in red. This way, my short entry would be very close to the latest high. Then I'll close 75% of my position at BE and repeat the process until I was tired and allow the short run.

It was quite successful but it was a very stressful way to trade.

One major issue with this method was that many times, after closing most of my position in BE, the token will tank and I'd miss out on most of the profits I'd have made if I had left my full margin. Another issue was the possibility of the token pumping further even after adding the remaining 75% of my margin.

Now, with ICC, I wait for price to tell me where it wants to go instead of telling price where and when I want it to go.
