On Wednesday, the Fed, led by new Chairman Kevin Warsh, will publish its latest decision on the key interest rate and they have a solid set of arguments:

💜The latest inflation data shows that 90% of the current situation depends on the risks of war in the Middle East. The escalation risks themselves aren't going anywhere: Trump can terrorize the markets as much as he wants with opening/closing straits, plus the Houthis have found a new leverage point against Saudi Arabia and global markets.

💜Currently, inflation is at 3.5% better than June's forecasts, but still far above the 2% target. At the same time, the labor market isn't showing significant weakness (which rules out a rate cut)

💜Add to that the Fed governors' inflation projections from the previous meeting, which cited figures of 3.5–4.5% by year-end, and forecasts for a RATE HIKE in 13 out of 19 reports it becomes clear that Warsh's rhetoric won't be dovish. The markets will tank as soon as he starts telling the truth about the inflation situation

📍So until Wednesday, I'm 100% sure that Trump won't be staging any new spectacles, and base assets like $BTC, gold, and oil will move sideways for a few days from there we'll look for new signals. And then we'll deal with the news and trade full force

I know everyone's more interested in trading on the exchange than listening to the news, but these events determine a lot in the new market environment we're in

Shown schematically - the breakout and subsequent correction. I don't know how far the pump will go (breakout from the triangle), but if we go by classic pattern rules, the breakout should be about ~5.5% to the ~$0.35 area, but that's not certain

In my opinion, the 61,774–62,514 zone is the last interesting level for accumulating a local Long position.

62,514 -an early trend break.
61,774 -already a concrete break.

If we break this zone, then with a very high probability, we'll go storm the low.

So in this range, you can look at a Long position with an eye on a bounce. But globally, we're still in a bear market, and I'm expecting the final move down, where the cycle bottom will be set.
