What are sidechains, and why are they important?
Bitcoin sidechains provide a robust solution to the network's scalability and functionality challenges, enabling greater flexibility and efficiency.

They provide an alternative pathway for transactions and enable more efficient processing.

Offloading Transactions

Sidechains operate independently from the Bitcoin mainchain, allowing them to handle transactions separately. This offloading reduces congestion on the mainchain, which can become slow and costly during periods of high demand.

By processing transactions on a sidechain, the overall transaction throughput of the Bitcoin network is increased, leading to faster confirmations and lower fees for users on both chains.

Custom Consensus Mechanisms

Each sidechain can implement its own consensus protocol tailored to its specific needs. Some sidechains have much shorter block times than Bitcoin's 10 minutes, which allows sidechains to adapt to various use cases without affecting the mainchain's performance.

Two-Way Peg Mechanism

The two-way peg allows users to lock Bitcoin on the mainchain and receive equivalent assets on the sidechain. This facilitates seamless asset transfers between the two chains, promoting interoperability.

So, Sidechains are crucial if BTC is ever to have its own well-developed ecosystem. Since capital flows to the Bitcoin Ecosystem are fluent, there will be capital flows to the sidechains, too.

August was not kind to us. We suffered at the hands of bears and governments who sold Bitcoin unlike anything. The Mt.Gox unlocks, fear in the market and whatnot.

Our guiding principle was simple.

We have explained it a million times and will repeat it another million times.

Be Greedy when others are Fearful. Be Fearful when others are Greedy.

Our edge of being in the market for multiple bear and bull cycles helps us to measure how greedy one should be.

It's similar to the old saying: Buy the Dip, But the Dip gets Dipping.

We bought the dip at the right time.

But we still have $4000 USDT in our portfolio! Why? We will explain in a bit.

How else can we put it? You survived the worst. You emerged as winners.

Throughout August, our plan was clear: DCA when possible, exit non-performing coins, consolidate our portfolio, and make a USDT bag.

Of course, we would have bought even more. But buying less was intentional for many coins. Now, you can see why. The market picked some winners: SUI (we have a lot of SUI), TAO (we hold TAO), random low caps (REEF), and random meme coins (NEIRO).

There is no way to rightly predict which coins will pump in a selective market pump. So, we focused more on highcaps and midcaps that can pump. And here we are, glad that it worked.

Your comments gave us new motivation to dig into the market. You were hungry for gains and we set out on aggressive coin hunting. Kudos to you.

Some members even wished for an extensive bear market (We hear you, Nonna!). We are so proud of you. But we have more work to do because this BULLISH WAVE has just BEGUN.

Why do we still hold USDT?
Because it is a selective market, pumps are mainly from large caps. Soon, large caps will have an exhaustion; people will get more greedy and money will move to midcaps.

That is the pivot we are waiting for.

We are analyzing close to 120 alts (listed on Binance, OKX, Bybit, and Mexc) for such flips.

We will give calls for quick 2x, 3x, 5x, etc. This will be the easiest profit-making opportunity in the bull market.

Once the midcaps are done pumping, we will focus on low caps and microcaps for quick 10x and 20x. Don’t worry; we have time.

We need USDT to make such quick bets. Our large caps will continue to generate solid gains, and we can take more bets with our USDT.

Well, what is next?
We can sit back for now. Let the market do its thing in September. We will do further DCA into some coins. Please check the Top 7 conviction list for safer DCAs.

The bullish wave has just started. As you can see, many paper hands were shaken out in August itself. Now, the game is about to get real.

BTC: The price is following the roadmap nicely and is now testing Friday´s price low. I would prefer a test of the area between $61,460 and $62,040 next.

AVAX: The price could still be working on a wider X-wave as per the white scenario with resistance at $28.67-$30.77. The $32.83 level is the 100% extension target for circle wave Y. Support is defined between $21.95 and $25.23. Here, the blue B-wave could find support in a pullback that could start from the current price region.

XRP: I leave the support zone unchanged in the region between $0.5228 and $0.561. The price has reacted a few times now to this micro support zone but no sustained upside breakout has occurred yet. However, I am still watching for higher prices, but a short-term dip into the support zone is still likely and would look best.

APT: $7.05 is short-term support for this possibly impulsive move to the upside. However, I think there is a high likelihood of a break of support at some point. For now, the price can extend higher as long as $7.05 holds. Wave 3 is already extended. Wave (3) should reach at least $10.49.
