The Akash Mainnet 10 upgrade will upgrade the network to v0.34.0 and extend authz implementation for DeploymentDeposit to allow the grantee to reuse unspent funds. This implementation includes the following changes:

Example of previous behavior: deployment authz granted from account B (grantor) to account A (grantee) in the amount of 5AKT. Deployment is created with authorized spend and deposit amount of 3AKT.
Deployment spent 1.5AKT, and the lease was closed. 1.5AKT remainder is returned to the grantor, and authorization has 2AKT left to spend.
An example of new behavior is deployment authz granted from account B (grantor) to account A (grantee) in the amount of 5AKT. A deployment is created with an authorized spend and deposit amount of 3AKT.
Deployment spent 1.5AKT, and the lease was closed. 1.5AKT remainder is returned to the grantor, authorization is updated, and 3.5AKT is left to spend.
