Telegram plans to raise $1.5 bln
According to WSJ, Telegram is going to place five-year bonds at 9% per annum to raise $1.5 billion - the funds will be used to buy out the debt placed in 2021. The investors will be BlackRock, Mubadala and Citadel. The papers can be converted into Telegram shares at a discount in the event of an IPO

Polymarket Odds for Spot ETF Approval on Major Altcoins

According to Polymarket , 5 out of 6 major altcoins nominated for ETF approval — $XRP , $SOL , $DOGE , $ADA , and $LTC  — each have over a 68% chance of receiving spot ETF approval in 2025. $XRP currently leads with an 83% probability, while $DOGE  has the lowest among them at 68%. $PEPE  stands out with just a 9% chance of approval.

Since the launch of these markets on Polymarket, the odds for $ADA, $DOGE, and $LTC have risen significantly, increasing from below 50% to around 70% or higher. At the same time, $XRP and $SOL began with strong expectations and continue to fluctuate around the 80% mark
