Once again Bitcoin failed to close a daily candle above $69.1k area (2021 ATH.) Over a 5% move down from yesterday’s highs after the US Governments start to move BTC.

The Monday Low ($66,365) is holding as 4 hour support for now. As long as this holds we could see a retest of $68.2kk (Weekly Open.) Any 4 our close below $66,365 and there is an increased chance of a further retrace.

Our Monday range this week is $66,365 - $70k.

🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷Bybit Halts Services in France Due to MiCA Regulations

Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, announced it will cease services for French users from August 13 due to new EU regulations.

Starting August 2, French accounts will be limited to “close-only” mode, preventing new deposits, positions, or purchases.

From August 13, all remaining open positions will be liquidated, allowing only withdrawals. This decision follows the upcoming EU MiCA regulations set to tighten anti-money laundering and terrorism financing rules from December 30.
