DXY and S&P 500 (SPX) are preparing BTC for growth?))

The negative correlation between the dollar index and the shares of the largest US companies suggests that it is time for crypto investors to prepare for a rally. As soon as the bullish trend in the dollar ends, growth in the stock and cryptocurrency markets will begin.

↗️ The weekly chart of the dollar index shows that the asset is in a strong uptrend. The index bottomed in July and has since formed 11 green candles and hit a new yearly high.

But the growth rate is declining. 11 green candles in a row is an extremely rare event, after which, as a rule, a correction occurs. Moreover, it coincides with a potential rebound on the S&P 500 chart.

💬 The end of the DXY rally and potential SPX rebound will lead to serious consequences for the crypto market. The BTC rate is almost always positively correlated with SPX.

- China cannot dump trillions of dollars and euros in assets without destroying the global financial system. This will hit both the West and China equally and hard.

- The goal of large countries is to sell US dollars and euros and receive a hard asset or commodity.

- The economic bubble has inflated so much that even if China buys gold with all of its 59% of reserves, there will not be so much free gold in the whole world. Not to mention the price of gold will skyrocket.
