Why they cant deny or approve at the beginning of August? Because historically all this big investors and funds of vacations. Not because SEC have to double check something. They KNOW way before which one will be approved and which is not. But always need a drama, need FUD, media headlines to scare people, to give a hope, shake out as much as possible money. 🤦
