At the moment, some circumstances have been clarified:

Assets: BTC, sent, tradable, and used for trading in pairs with other cryptocurrencies, on exchanges such as Bybit, MEXC, OKX, and others (17 cryptocurrency exchanges), in the period from April 21 to April 23, 2026, are marked as high-risk assets (Risk Score) and have been blocked pending clarification of the circumstances of obtaining "dirty cryptocurrency" and its origin.

All accounts and sub-accounts of the Arb company association on these exchanges have been marked as toxic, a freeze of accounts has been initiated, and incoming and outgoing transactions have been marked as High Risk, with suspicions that the funds are associated with the darknet, mixers, sanctioned platforms, and so on.

At the moment, requests from lawyers of companies and owners of exchange accounts have been escalated to the EDD compliance department of cryptocurrency exchanges.
The requests are related to the need to confirm the sources of funds (SOF), sources of wealth (SOW), in accordance with anti-money laundering rules and AML standards.

We are awaiting the processing of our requests by the relevant service.

This situation is unforeseen and has affected the company's main trading accounts.
Despite the fact that the arbitration process provides for every pitfall from CEX providers, both from a legal perspective and in terms of unquestioning compliance with exchange rules regarding the actions of arbitrage bots.

However, the reason for the accusations of money laundering was the discovery of the path of funds entering exchange accounts: numerous "small" transactions in bitcoin, sent from marked (exceeding the limit >50 %) "dirty" wallets. These assets were sent during the Arb boost period.

In the near future, we expect to receive full information from licensed exchange providers (cryptocurrency exchanges) with whom this issue has arisen.

Depending on the verdict, a decision will be made on the phased restoration of our and your work.
