🍂The Eagle, the Cat and the Sow

Once, at the top of an oak, lived an Eagle. In the middle of the trunk lived a Cat and in a hollow at the foot, lived a Sow with her young ones.

The Cat was very cunning and wanted the whole tree for herself. She planned to drive awaB1y the other two.

She went to the Eagle and said, “Can you see the Sow digging at the roots of the tree? The tree will soon fall and she will eat our families!”

The Cat then went to the Sow and said to her, “The Eagle is waiting for a chance to feed your children to her babies.”

The clever Cat secretly went out at night, got food for her kittens and fed them. She pretended to be

scared and kept watching out for danger the whole day.

The Eagle was so scared that she did not fly anywhere. The Sow, too, was terribly afraid and did not

move out of her hollow at all. Both of them, along with

their families starved and died. The Cat and her family now had plenty of food to eat.

Always try to clear misunderstandings with
friends, rather than blindly believing others.

What is Sun made of?

The Sun is a huge, glowing sphere of hot gas. Most of this gas is hydrogen (about 70%) and helium (about 28%). Carbon, nitrogen and oxygen make up 1.5% and the other 0.5% is made up of small amounts of many other elements such as neon, iron, silicon, magnesium and sulfur.
Its heat and light come from nuclear fusion, a very different process that doesn't require oxygen. Ordinary fire is a chemical reaction; fusion merges hydrogen nuclei into helium, and produces much more energy.

What is Golden Triangle?

The Golden Triangle is the area where the borders of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar meet at the confluence of the Ruak and Mekong Rivers. The name "Golden Triangle"—coined by the CIA—is commonly used more broadly to refer to an area of approximately 950,000 square kilometres (367,000 sq mi) that overlaps the mountains of the three adjacent countries.
Along with Afghanistan in the Golden Crescent, it has been one of the most extensive opium-producing areas of Asia, and of the world, since the 1950s. Most of the world's heroin came from the Golden Triangle until the early 21st century when Afghanistan became the world's largest producer.

What do Olympic rings represent?

The Olympic flag has a white background, with five interlaced rings in the centre: blue, yellow, black, green and red. This design is symbolic; it represents the five continents of the world, united by Olympism, while the six colours are those that appear on all the national flags of the world at the present time.
It was designed by Frenchman who was named Baron Pierre de Coubertin in 1912.

Why is there a Leap year every 4th year?

A common year has 365 days and a leap year 366 days, with the extra, or intercalary, day designated as February 29. A leap year occurs every four years to help synchronize the calendar year with the solar year, or the length of time it takes the earth to complete its orbit about the sun, which is about 365¼ days.

What makes Soap create Bubbles ?

Soap molecules have two very different ends: one end attracts water (hydrophilic) and the other end repels water (hydrophobic). When soap mixes with water, the opposite ends of the soap molecules sandwich a thin layer of water between themselves.
This creates a thin film that encompasses a tiny bit of air. What do we call that? A bubble! So when you look at a bubble, what you're actually seeing is a tiny bit of air trapped inside a thin film that's composed of two layers of soap molecules encasing a thin layer of water.

What is Cabin Pressure and Why do we need to maintain it in Aeroplane ?

Earth's atmospheric pressure varies with altitude. At the Earth's surface(sea level) , It is measured at 14.7 pounds per square inch(P.S.I) - which human beings are accustomed to because it provides the optimum amount of Oxygen.
As Aeroplane ascends to higher altitudes, the atmospheric pressure decreases. There isn't oxygen to breathe and humans cannot survive more than a minute at such altitudes. In order to prevent this from happening , Cabin Pressure is maintained at appropriate levels.

What causes skin to wrinkle with age?

The skin is made up of three layers:
The outermost layer which everyone can see, called the Epidermis.
The middle layer, called the Dermis.
The innermost layer, called the Subcutaneous layer.

When we're young, we don't have wrinkles because the Skin does a great job of stretching and holding in moisture. The dermis has an elastic quality thanks to fibers called Elastin that keep the skin looking and feeling young. A protein in the dermis called Collagen also plays a part in preventing wrinkles.
But over time, the dermis loses both collagen and elastin, so skin gets thinner and has trouble getting enough moisture to the epidermis. The fat in the subcutaneous layer that gives skin a plump appearance also begins to disappear, the epidermis starts to Sag, and wrinkles form.

What is Bulletproof Jacket made of?

Bulletproof vests are modern light armor specifically designed to protect the wearer's vital organs from injury caused by firearm projectiles. To many protective armor manufacturers and wearers, the term "Bulletproof Vest" is a misnomer. Because the wearer is not totally safe from the impact of a bullet, the preferred term for the article is "Bullet Resistant Vest."
A Bulletproof vest consists of a panel, a vest-shaped sheet of advanced plastics polymers that is composed of many layers of either Kevlar, Spectra Shield, or, in other countries, Twaron (similar to Kevlar) or Bynema (similar to Spectra). Such vests can also provide protection in car accidents or from stabbing.
