Published a list of countries where crypto-currencies live well

Recently, the rating of the most friendly countries for crypto-currencies and block-projects was presented on the website of BlockShow Europe 2018. Among the countries that proved to be the most loyal to digital money and "chains", Switzerland took the first place.

"Switzerland is the central hub for crypto-currency projects from around the world due to positive regulatory dynamics, Canton Zug has become home to several projects and funds, including Ethereum Foundation, Tezos, Dfinity, Bancor, ShapeShift," the researchers concluded.

The second place in the list was occupied by Gibraltar, and the third place by Malta. The five most friendly countries are Denmark.

The study involved 48 European countries that regulate crypto-currencies. Russia in the TOP-10 has not entered, but on the tenth position Belarus is located. Researchers explained this by the fact that the government of Belarus has established a zero tax on the activities of "crypto-drivers" until 2023 inclusive.

Indeed, at the end of last year, Belarus officially legalized all existing crypto-currencies and operations on them. In the decree signed by President Lukashenko, there are no restrictions on the creation, placement, storage, alienation, exchange of tokens, as well as the activities of crypto-exchanges and crypto platforms.

In the Russian Federation there is as yet no legislative base for working with the crypto-currency sphere. In general, the government refers to bitcoin and altkoins is not too warm. In January 2018, the Ministry of Finance refused to recognize digital money as a means of payment.

KYC in ICO

First of all, you will need to verify your identity.

In the past, when passing KYC it was possible to provide almost any document that at least somehow could verify your identity (that was a photo and some kind of seal).

Over time, there was a requirement to do selfi along with this document to exclude the possibility of providing false data from the investor.

But we must understand that the lower the estimate for the ICO itself, the fewer requirements there were for the KYC procedure.
Top projects always required an international passport, selfi with it and with a sheet of paper on which the code word or date was to be written.

I recommend to prepare in advance a qualitative scan of your passport or very high-quality and even photo.

Sometimes a scan of the driver's license on both sides can come up.
But it's rolling less and less.

Also make selfies with these documents.

Proof of residence

You will need to verify your country of residence.
