🇬🇧 The Riddle House is situated in Palm Beach County, Florida. This house was constructed in 1920 and was owned by Karl Riddle. Karl, along with his employee, Joseph committed suicide in this house and their souls are said to be wandering inside its premises. No one could reveal the truth behind their mysterious death but it is said that they died miserably, their bodies were hanging with the fans and neck bones were broken. Not only the house but also its furniture, the outside garden and even the nearby houses are scary and restricted for the people to come and stay at.

It’s 3am and you’ve been up all night on a horror binge. You’ve watched your favorite horrors movies, read some posts of @CreepyLand and even attempted the old “Bloody Mary” trick in your mirror. You stretch and yawn, deciding now is about the time to hit the hay, so you move into your bedroom and lay down to sleep.
After awhile, however, you realize that you can’t get the images of some of the fictional creatures you saw on your TV out of your head. “Meh… I’m going to hate myself for this tomorrow,” You say aloud as you flick on your bedroom lamp, knowing that having a nightlight used to help get rid of your nightmares as a little kid. Within minutes you’re close to sleep, snuggled up comfortably under the blankets with your eyes closed and more pleasant thoughts on your mind.
…that is, until you detect something moving in front of the light, casting a shadow over you. You blink, beginning to turn towards the lamp before a rotting hand grabs hold of your shoulder.
“Thanks for turning on the light; I wouldn’t have been able to find you in that darkness.”

Hai speso l'intera nottata all'insegna del terrore: hai visto i tuoi film horror preferiti, vi siete raccontati le storie più inquietanti, hai letto qualche post di @CreepyLand e hai fatto addirittura il vecchio gioco di "Bloody Mary" allo specchio. Ti stiracchi sbadigliando, decidendo che è ormai l'ora di farsi un bel sonno. Cammini fino alla tua stanza, infilandoti sotto le coperte.
Passano diversi minuti, lentamente ti accorgi di non riuscire a togliere dalla mente tutte le immagini orribili che hai visto durante la serata. "Aah... -pensò- finirò con l'odiarmi, se resto sveglio fino a domattina." e detto questo la tua mano si fa strada fino alla lampada vicino il tuo letto. Sai bene che con la luce della lampada ogni orrore svanisce, proprio come un bambino. Dopo qualche minuto cominci a sentire il sonno catturarti, le coperte emanano un dolce tepore ed il materasso è morbido e confortevole. I tuoi occhi sono chiusi, e pensieri più sereni cominciano a navigare nella tua testa...
...o almeno è così, finché non percepisci qualcosa muoversi di fronte alla lampada, unica fonte di luce. Spalanchi gli occhi, cominciando a voltarti verso la lampada quando una mano in decomposizione afferra violentemente la tua spalla.
"Grazie per aver acceso la luce, al buoi non ti avrei mai trovato."

🇬🇧 Built in 1856 in the Greek Revival style, this beautiful antebellum mansion was bought in 1864 by John McGee Parkman. In the years after the Civil War, Parkman was arrested and imprisoned for cotton speculation. While in prison, Parkman attempted to escape but was shot and killed in the process. When his wife was forced to sell their house a few years after his death, his ghost began to appear regularly throughout the house and grounds, where it is still seen to this day. People often report hearing windows and doors being opened and shut when no one else is in the house, as well as doors that close behind people and lock on their own. The apparitions of two little girls are also frequently seen, though their identities remain unknown.

Le persone spesso riferiscono che in quella casa abbandonata le finestre e le porte si aprono e si chiudono da sole; ci sono persino molte testimonianze di apparizioni di due bambine, le cui identità rimangono ancora sconosciute.

The city of Shi Cheng, also called Lion City, was originally founded 1300 years ago and submerged for half a century.
