Participants of the Creative Society project were present among the speakers and visitors of the event.
đThis important event was attended by experts from various fields, representatives of the academic community, the media, civil society, a delegation of ALLATRA volunteers and the Creative Society. In total, citizens from 35 countries took part in the conference: the EU, North and South America, Asia and Africa. The conference was organized by the ALLATRA International Public Movement.
đThe main topics of the conference were the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, the threat to democracy, as well as the exponential growth of climate disasters and the search for solutions to this problem within the framework of UN support in the fight against climate change.

In the face of a growing threat, as global climate change wipes entire cities off the map, most people deny this problem. This is the real reason why the world is hurtling towards a global climate catastrophe. For over 10 years, honest scientists have been knocking on the doors of scientific institutions, politicians, and celebrities. But all of this is in vain until the doors of the majority of the 8 billion people living on Earth are opened.
Humanity can stop catastrophes, clean up the oceans, and solve any problem in principle. We make all of this impossible ourselves:
- When we don't want to hear news about natural disasters to avoid ruining our mood.
- When we believe it's not our problem, even though the Earth is round.
- When we don't want to sort through and analyze facts.
- When we look for scapegoats and shift responsibility.
- When we're too lazy to check a forum because TV shows and social media are more interesting.
- When we're afraid of what neighbors, colleagues, and friends will say, as if they were immortal.
- When we know the divide and conquer principle but don't want to unite.
The problem is that we haven't learned to live as a unified civilization. We, as humans, inhabit this planet together, yet we fail to understand that it is a common home for all of us regardless of nationality or skin color. There is no THERE or HERE, no THEY or Them. There is only Us - humans, and we want to live!
A catastrophic situation in any country is a call to action for everyone. After all, each person is a cog in this vast 8-billion-piece mechanism. The sooner we unite our efforts and gather the best scientists and specialists, the faster we can develop innovative approaches to solving climate problems and restoring the planet.

đ¯ The Sun's activity in recent days is off the charts. Class X flares directed towards the Earth continue for the third day in a row. The level of flare activity is about 9.8 on a ten-point scale. The giant sunspot cluster AR3664 on May 10 produced a new strongest flare X3.97 with a large coronal mass ejection, which will also hit our planet.
âšī¸ This is the tenth X-class flare in a week since May 3! The last time a larger number was recorded was in September 2005, with 11 flares. But that was over the course of a month, and now - in just one week
Last night, the AR3664 region grew by 3600 million km2 and now has an unprecedented size of more than 7200 million km2. It has thus become almost twice the size of the region from which the infamous Carrington Event of 1859 originated.
đ In this regard, American astronomers have raised the risk of plasma ejection from a superflare on the Sun to 10% and even advised to "stock up on the essentials". "An apocalyptic outbreak" could wreak havoc on humanity by cutting off communications, bringing down internet networks and other vital electricity-powered technologies.
đ We are in for a powerful and prolonged geomagnetic storm that will envelop the Earth for several days. The U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is predicting G4+ magnetic storms - "very strong" and even "extreme" - for the upcoming weekend. The geomagnetic activity index will jump to a magnitude 8 at its peak.
