The Create./Dev Movement is initiating a quadratic funding round to support open-source projects related to art and aims to:

- Provide financial backing for overlooked projects,
- Foster network effects connecting technology and culture,
- Attract diverse talent and ideas to web3.

Eligibility criteria for Create./Dev applicants:

- Open-source projects with documented portfolios,
- Individuals (artists/developers) or DAOs may apply,
- Projects must demonstrate innovation across tech, art, and culture.

The movement recognizes true Create./Dev prestige in those who embody both an artist's heart and a developer's mind.

Note: Seven current talents have been pre-nominated as official candidates. Their NEAR addresses will be included in the round implementation.
