Covid Deaths - New York and Florida Over the Past 14 Days

What is accounting for this massive difference in deaths? The Florida Department of Health/state government has recently embraced and pushed effective early treatments like the Zelenko Protocol @ZelenkoProtocol and monoclonal antibodies.
