It takes 450 years for these surgical masks to decompose in nature. Yet, in 2020 alone, 1.6 billion (!!!) disposable masks entered our oceans.
Those who advocate wearing masks stand for the pollution of the planet and condone the death of millions of living beings.
The hypocrisy regarding this issue is that masks do not prevent the transmission of the virus. On the contrary, they harm the one who wears them.
