For almost 24 months, our health has been the only topic covered by the media and politicians. Yet, instead of addressing the basic principles of a healthy lifestyle, useless and even harmful measures are implemented, and insufficiently tested gene therapies are imposed on the world population.

I see it as my duty to inform people what they can really do for their health. So, instead of spouting slogans, I come up with facts. The attached diagram that I made shows how environmental stimuli impact clinical events. It also shows that the solution to all problems is relatively simple. However, it seems to me that empowered citizens are unwanted.

So: eat healthy and fatty fish twice a week, avoid sugar and stress, exercise, and go out in the sun. This helps not only against coronaviruses but against almost all existing diseases.
