Hey folks! There have been a few of you who are kindly inquiring into how I’m doing with COVID so I figured I’d write out a bit of what I’ve personally experienced.

First I’m going to write my regimen to stop folks from spending their time suggesting things I am already doing. 🙏❤️

3k Liposomal C split AM and PM
500mg Quercetin AM with 40mg zinc (I can’t handle more than that it gives me horrible stomach issues. I’m doing gummies. It’s the only way I can tolerate it)
Vitamin B Complex mid day
Zpack (started day 1)
600mg NAC
Ivermectin (began day 1)
Aleve for headache
Baby aspirin
Xlear nasal spray 4x per day
Recommended gargle 4x per day
Vitamin D 5k IU (I can’t take too much - personal health thing)

I *think* that’s it - I’m probably forgetting something

Day 1: Day 1 was absolutely terrible. I can’t explain in words the aches I had in my body coupled with an excruciating headache. My skin hurt to the touch. I spent a good majority of the day (outside of 2 meetings I absolutely couldn’t cancel) curled up in the fetal position in my bed in some delirious form of sleep. My fever peaked around 3AM at 103. I sort of suffered it out to let my body rid itself of this evil virus.

Day 2: I woke up feeling MARKEDLY better. My skin didn’t hurt anymore and I had the dullest of a body ache. I still had a headache but it was absolutely tolerable. I had a bit of post nasal drip. My throat was sore but nothing I couldn’t deal with. I felt so much better on day 2 I was actually excited. Fever hovered around 100 or so.

Day 3 (today): I am again doing better although I do feel like I had some setback in the headache area. When I woke up it hurt to move my eyes and my head was throbbing. Since getting up and a bit more active today it’s alleviated some. Body aches are completely gone. Congestion is a bit more like a cold but I can freely breathe through my nose. It’s more of a sinus issue than a stuffed up issue if that makes sense. The spray and gargle helps. I have a teeny bit of nausea today but I think that’s related to another condition I have - when my vestibular system is thrown out of wack I have issues. Fever is basically gone.

I have no respiratory symptoms. No cough. No tightness in the chest. I have been steadily improving other than the headache. If I had to guess given my progress so far I’d say another few days and I’ll be back to almost normal.

My husband got this before me. He’s on day 5 and basically back to full form.

I credit the early treatment protocol. If I was doing NOTHING to help myself here I don’t know what I’d be like right now - and I think that’s just it. I don’t know. I do know that the combination of what I’m doing has made me feel markedly better day by day.

Also, please don’t tell me in the comments that COVID doesn’t exist. I’ve had a myriad of illnesses in my day - this is much, much different than any flu, and I’ve had lots of flu when I was younger. This is a horrific experience - I’m healthy. It’s a lot harder for people who aren’t.

It's time to end the global mass psychosis.

Corona's witnesses call us tyrants, fascists and terrorists. They keep claiming to be anti-fascist but they would only recognize fascism if it wore brown shirts and raised its right arm. The totalitarianism of the 21st century forces people to wear face diapers and considers itself "tolerant". But there is nothing tolerant about oppressing different opinions and enforcing conformity between politics and media, resulting in an omniscient Guru Principle where an exquisite selection of experts defines what's "scientifically correct".

After the redefinition of "herd immunity" and publication of pseudoscientific doomsday scenarios that were solely based on theoretical models, the "national body" proclaimed by the Nazis has found its way back into society. Those who insist on their right to bodily integrity are socially excluded, discriminated against, and threatened. Any dialogue with politicians and media representatives is rejected under the pretext that one would not talk to science and corona deniers. The social media mob, mainly consisting of agency accounts and hangers-on, lulls those politicians and journalists into believing that the majority of the population would support these more totalitarian and disproportionate measures. The rest is taken care of by fact-checkers and scientists, most of whom have severe conflicts of interest.

It is vital to reclaim scientific values and pluralistic dialogues. Instead, we get tangled up in debates about "Delta", "Omicron", etc. which are just Greek letters to make the pandemic more tangible for the crowd. In addition, every time politics move the goalposts; we tend to follow them. So we got from "nobody should be vaccinated" to "please, at least don't administer these experimental drugs to children" within 12 months. We should consequently question our behaviour too.

I am convinced that the only way to achieve this is to stand firm. We need to persuade people with facts instead of emotions to end mass-psychosis and mass-hysteria. It's time to enter a dialogue of equals and eventually sanction the severe crimes of all conflict parties.
