GRAND-BAIE, MAURITIUS – A 20-year-old has died after receiving the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. Vinessen Magon got his shot on August 18th and suffered excruciating headaches shortly after. He was hospitalized for his headaches in Victoria Hospital where he slipped into a coma and died on September 8th. Vinessen was opposed to the COVID vaccination and only got his shot so that could travel to Canada.
Vinessen got an appointment for his first dose on August 18th and that afternoon, he complained of ‘pain in his head’. His mother said:
“His headaches were so severe that he was grabbing his head and screaming.”
