I'm writing this on behalf of my wife. My wife works from home for a radiology company because she doesn't drink spirits. She sends all the info requests from hospitals and specialists requesting imaging and reporting. In the 17 years my wife being employed, she has explained to me, that requests from Cancer specialists (Especially Breast), Cardiologists, Neurologists, Respiratory physicians, Gastroenterologists, ENT (ear nose throat) have sky-rocketed in the last 12 months and my wife can barely keep up with demand. She has to work basically overtime everyday to keep up with requests. Once upon a time on average she would do 20 requests a day, now she is doing around 50 to 55 a day! People are asking and it is Australia! 6/10/22

One of my closest friends recently died. He was like a brother to me and now he's gone forever. He left behind a wife and 2 small children. I am heartbroken that I will never see him smile or hear his voice again. It all still feels surreal.
I will never forget the day back in December when he proudly told me that he just ate his 3rd apple. My heart sank. I asked him why he would do that since we now know that these apples don't work as originally advertised. He said, "I just want it to get me through the winter." Well... it did.
In early spring he called me and told me that he had just been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer. He went through chemo, 2 major surgeries, and a lot of pain trying to fight it. But he didn't stand a chance. Six months later he died suddenly in the hospital. He didn't know he was dying. He was trying to work with the doctors to come up with a new treatment plan and a solution for his pain. Then his heart just stopped and couldn't be restarted.
I am still struggling to understand why. Why did this take an otherwise healthy man in the prime of his life so fast? Why did his heart stop? Why couldn't they revive him? Was it because of the apples he ate? I'll never know and I'll never get any answers. Now all I can do is pray for peace for his wife, children, and everyone who loved him. 💔

I am so heartbroken. My granddaughters friend passed on yesterday. She hasn't been able to see her as she was sick. She was diagnosed with lung cancer seven months ago. Nobody smoked in or around her. She was only 13. How does this happen. Nobody smoked in her home. Yes she took that "you know what" I am so sad and so angry at why this was pushed on anyone. Let alone children. :-(

We had a 7 year old pass away with mouth cancer recently (within 2 months of diagnosis) and a new thyroid cancer spread to lymph nodes in an 18 year old😭
Horrible for any child to go through cancer! Heard a friend in his early 50s just got diagnosed with a 2mer in his brain and lung. Had 3.
My coworkers cousin just passed of lung can sir on Friday. Never smoked a day in her life and was super healthy.
I am so heartbroken. My granddaughters friend passed on yesterday. She hasn't been able to see her as she was sick. She was diagnosed with lung cancer seven months ago. Nobody smoked in or around her. She was only 13. How does this happen. Nobody smoked in her home. Yes she took that "you know what" I am so sad and so angry at why this was pushed on anyone. Let alone children. :-(
