TAMAKI RELEASED
CSM reporter Dana Lee out hustled the lame-stream media to get up close and personal as Brian Tamaki was released from police custody.
Hundreds of freedom lovers were there supporting Tamaki's release.
Further details to come.
UPDATE:
Police say Tamaki has been charged with failing to comply with an order (Covid-19) under the Covid-19 Public Health Response Act and Alert Level 3 Order and is also appearing before the court for breach of bail conditions.
Tamaki pleaded not guilty.

Kelvyn Alp, was politically targeted this morning by police outside the No Jab No Job case being taken by lawyer Sue Grey.
A paddy wagon and 6 police officers were waiting for his arrival and kidnapped Alp under alleged breach of the Covid-19 Health Order months ago.
They had no evidence or charges to hold him on and, after taking him to the Upper Hutt police station to avoid support from freedom advocates, they returned him to the High Court.
