Firstly the Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern exempts the government, MP's and the crown agents from the COVID-19 Health Response Act mandates, and now they opt out from doing their job at the Beehive in Wellington.
Opposition leader, Judith Collins questioned the decision:
"Why do we have Breakfast TV? Why do we have The Project on but we can't have Parliament on in level 4? It is hard for me to accept that Breakfast and The Project are more important to the democracy of New Zealand than a Parliament,” Collins said.

It would seem that many business owners, enforcement officers and the general public are confused about what the COVID-19 Health Response Order states regarding exemption to wearing a mask.
People are exempt from wearing a mask if a physical or mental condition finds it unsuitable, amongst other reasons.

Yesterday Scotty Gibson was arrested at Ferrymead Countdown in Christchurch for not wearing a mask.
We are unsure at this point exactly how everything unfolded but it would seem members of the public may have been happy to step in and take control of Scotty's highly distressed son.
If anyone has more details please put them in the comments.
If this is what state enforcers are willing to do for violations of current mandates, what will it be like when they ramp up?
If this doesn't disturb you and highlight the lengths the police and the public are willing to go to in order to make you acquiesce, we are not sure what will.

As you know I have the right to be fully informed of any medical procedure upon me.
So before we go any further and before you answer my questions on the procedure, you need to know the following facts;
On the morning of the 30th of January 1649 Charles Stuart aka Charles the first of England, Ireland and the Dominions was executed for the crime of treason against the UK Parliament.
In the afternoon, an Act of Parliament (Laws and Ordinances of the Interregnum) made it treason to proclaim any person, King of England, Ireland or the Dominions.
That law has never been repealed through the passage of time and history.
That is also now the case in New Zealand.
Queen Elizabeth of England is therefore traitor to the UK Parliament and Governor General Dame Patsy Reddy is a traitor to the New Zealand Parliament.
Legally Dame Patsy was a traitor when she signed the Covid 19 Act into law.
This being a lawless act, the Act itself becomes ultra vires (outside the law).
As to your role in this as a doctor, you were covered against criminal and civil liability by section 34 of the Act.
That is a fact no longer because of the illegality of the Act itself.
Consequently, you are fully liable for any misadventure occurring as a result of this procedure.
Here are the questions I require you answer for me. Once they are answered I will then consider if I wish to go ahead.
1. Please advise me if the drug has been rigorously and independently tested against a control group of healthy individuals or animals and the outcomes of the tests.
2. Please advise me of a full list of the contents of the drug I am required to receive and if there are any ingredients toxic to the body.
3. Please advise of all adverse side effects associated with the drug since its introduction.
4. Please confirm that the drug you are advocating that I take is not experimental mRNA gene altering therapy.
Once you have researched and answered these questions, I will consider whether I will go ahead with the procedure.
I am sure that as an educated and ethical professional you will understand my insistence in this matter.
