ADVERTISING STANDARDS AUTHORITY RULES AGAINST REALITY CHECK RADIO ADVERTISEMENT:

The Complaints Board of the Advertising Standards Authority recently found that an advertisement published in the Sunday Star Times by Reality Check Radio, breached standards of the advertising code.

The advertisement was made in relation to a full-scale public inquiry into the handling of the fake pandemic by the government and the deficiencies of the current inquiry.

A member of the public (whoever that was) complained about the advertisement on the basis that it "made unsubstantiated claims about how many people experienced negative health impacts from the vaccine".

The hypocrisy, considering the volume of unsubstantiated claims of the mRNA shots being 'safe and effective' that were published during the fake pandemic, is astounding.

IRENE IN COURT AGAIN

Counterspin Media are at the Auckland District Court this afternoon for the next phase in the trial, “Ministry of Health versus Irene Chain.”

Irene has been found guilty of five charges, and this next step is meant to be the event in which the judge decides the sentence that will be handed down to her. However Irene has launched a “Notice of Repudiation and Breach of Trust” which the court must acknowledge.

This notice sets out the grounds for why the court has breached good faith in not considering the evidence that Irene submitted at her trial.

A Notice of Repudiation is a formal declaration that a party intends to renounce their obligations under a contract.

In the North Shore District Court between 12th and 15th February, Irene clearly proved she is not guilty of any of the five charges that involved practising as a midwife after the mandates had made it illegal for her to do so. She had merely signed forms in advance for two women in case they were needed, and the prosecution failed to provide any first-hand evidence that these forms had been created later than that.

In addition, proof was given that an order for medicines was fraudulently created in which her signature was forged. The judge failed to consider any of this, and this failure on the judge’s part is the reason for Irene’s counter-claim against the Department of Justice.

It is difficult to say what will happen today.  A Notice of Repudiation is a serious charge and the grounds for which Irene has made it must be considered. It means Irene denies the validity of all that has gone before - the contract she entered into in allowing the case to proceed has been broken. And Irene is demanding substantial restitution for what she has been put through.

The judge cannot continue her stated intention of passing sentence on Irene (Irene says that if she tries to do this, she will be committing treason). Will the case be sent to a higher court? Will the judge acknowldge the guilt of the woman who forged the documents with Irene’s signature?

We don’t know if the process today will be short or long, but it will be interesting. Irene has many supporters and we will be sending you interviews with Irene and others.

“Ministry of Health versus Irene Chain” - Judge refuses to consider Irene’s Notice of Repudiation.

In sentencing Irene, the Judge this afternoon refused in any way to deviate from the conclusions she had already reached. She hardly made reference to the Notice of Repudiation that Irene had submitted and kept things to the pre-written script. All that was said was that, “The court acknowledges Irene’s sense of grievance.” And the prosecuting attorney referred to what Irene had filed by speaking of her “pseudo-legal” and “anti-authoritarian” views”.

Irene had already been found guilty on all five charges, and the judge stated that the only thing necessary was to decide what Irene’s sentence should be.

In the end, no fine was imposed - a minimum sentence but attempts to keep things away from the areas that Irene is demanding be looked into in a trial that has been demonstrably riddled with errors.

Irene today offered emails sent to Jane Birdsall, the one leading the team from the Ministry in prosecuting Irene, showing that one of the women Irene had been treating stated in writing that Irene had made it clear when she saw her that she was no longer a practising midwife. Jane Birdsall had withheld this email from the trial, and, of course, it is proof that Irene was not breaking any law when giving this woman advice. Yet despite this, the judge continued to state that Irene was guilty of practising under false pretences, and some ridiculous debate took place with the prosecution concerning whether she was a danger to the public and did the sentence need to be a deterrent to stop her from continuing to practise.

The result was disappointing, but not unexpected. Irene will, of course, not stop here, and her consultant Tracy spoke after the trial about launching an appeal to the Supreme Court. The judge, no doubt aware of what is likely to take place, looked extremely uncomfortable.

More than three times, Irene asked the judge if she was “under oath”, and the judge simply would not answer.

It is likely that by the time this case does make it to the Supreme Courth there will have been some very big changes to the legal system. Time will tell if those who have committed fraud and perjury - and the judge herself who would not consider the evidence that Irene had submitted - will get away scott-frree. They may be feeling relieved tonight, but this case has revealed many things and is a significant chapter in the story of the NZ people taking back their rights from a corrupt legal system.

IRENE WAS CONVICTED AND DISCHARGED TODAY

After a long road we salute Irene for her courage and Tracey for her unwavering support.

Standing against a system that is all about self preservation at all costs is draining and disenchanting at times.

But the ladies' courage, positivity and resilience has been admirable.

OIL & GAS EXPLORATION TO RESUME:

There is something special about the energy potential stored in oil, gas, coal and other carbon-based natural resources, which are just waiting to be dug up and put to good use. Even wind turbines and other 'woke' infrastructure depend on high-grade coal during the manufacturing process.

The green and red commies however, have done all that they can to damage NZ's energy self-sufficiency, despite an abundance of these natural resources, as well as environmentally appropriate extraction methods having been refined over the years. This has included the closing of the Marsden Point refinery, as well as a ban on offshore petroleum exploration.

As such, the National-led government's confirmation that it will now reverse the exploration ban, is a step in the right direction.

According to Minister for Resources Shane Jones:

"When the exploration ban was introduced by the previous Government in 2018, it not only halted the exploration needed to identify new sources, but it also shrank investment in further development of our known gas fields which sustain our current levels of use.

"Without this investment, we are now in a situation where our annual natural gas production is expected to peak this year and undergo a sustained decline, meaning we have a security-of-supply issue barrelling towards us."

SDE TEIMAN BASE - THE HELL ON EARTH WHERE PALESTINIANS ARE DETAINED & TORTURED:

The Sde Teiman military base has become synonymous with the detention of Palestinians ever since the terrorist state of Israel launched their assault on Gaza, with many detainees brought to the site for initial interrogation.

Israeli soldiers are thoroughly indoctrinated by their government during mandatory military service. The resulting dehumanisation of Palestinians has led to the horrendous abuse of detainees in facilities such as Sde Teiman - many of whom turn out to be innocent and to have no connection to Hamas.

During an investigation by the New York Times, it was found that some 1,200 prisoners who were later deemed to be innocent civilians, were held at the site under demeaning conditions, without legal representation for up to 90 days.

Israel has also potentially violated international law by withholding the location of the detainees from human rights groups such as the Red Cross.

Reported abuses of detainees include beatings resulting in fractured ribs, being forced to wear a diaper, torture using electric shocks, sodomisation with a hot metal rod, as well as the "disco room" where music was played so loud as to prevent sleeping and to induce bleeding inside the ear.

Captured civilians who have been victimised in this way have included disabled persons and ambulance personnel tending the wounded.

TIANANMEN SQUARE REMEMBRANCE

On June 3rd, Jia spoke about the Tiananmen Square protest 35 years ago in Beijing, China at the Aoteaora Square in Auckland.

A protest which started as a peaceful petition on the 15th of April 1989 resulting in the killing of just over 10,000 students and more than 40,000 being shot by the Chinese military.

Jai speaks about how communism within her country has taken away any kind of democracy. Numerous speakers like Margaret from Amnesty International have spoken out with great bravery against the corrupt & criminal CCP (Chinese Communist Party). A group of 25 people marched down Queen Street, holding flags and their banner in remembrance of the 4th of June 1989.

The event carried on at the Ellen Melville Centre , including guest speakers Paul & Kathryn Davis from Rock the Vote, author & activist Chris Newman, Human Rights Lawyer Kerry Gore, as well as massacre witnesses and victims under the regime.
