The advertisement was made in relation to a full-scale public inquiry into the handling of the fake pandemic by the government and the deficiencies of the current inquiry.
A member of the public (whoever that was) complained about the advertisement on the basis that it "made unsubstantiated claims about how many people experienced negative health impacts from the vaccine".

Counterspin Media are at the Auckland District Court this afternoon for the next phase in the trial, “Ministry of Health versus Irene Chain.”
Irene has been found guilty of five charges, and this next step is meant to be the event in which the judge decides the sentence that will be handed down to her. However Irene has launched a “Notice of Repudiation and Breach of Trust” which the court must acknowledge.
This notice sets out the grounds for why the court has breached good faith in not considering the evidence that Irene submitted at her trial.
A Notice of Repudiation is a formal declaration that a party intends to renounce their obligations under a contract.
In the North Shore District Court between 12th and 15th February, Irene clearly proved she is not guilty of any of the five charges that involved practising as a midwife after the mandates had made it illegal for her to do so. She had merely signed forms in advance for two women in case they were needed, and the prosecution failed to provide any first-hand evidence that these forms had been created later than that.
In addition, proof was given that an order for medicines was fraudulently created in which her signature was forged. The judge failed to consider any of this, and this failure on the judge’s part is the reason for Irene’s counter-claim against the Department of Justice.
It is difficult to say what will happen today. A Notice of Repudiation is a serious charge and the grounds for which Irene has made it must be considered. It means Irene denies the validity of all that has gone before - the contract she entered into in allowing the case to proceed has been broken. And Irene is demanding substantial restitution for what she has been put through.
The judge cannot continue her stated intention of passing sentence on Irene (Irene says that if she tries to do this, she will be committing treason). Will the case be sent to a higher court? Will the judge acknowldge the guilt of the woman who forged the documents with Irene’s signature?
We don’t know if the process today will be short or long, but it will be interesting. Irene has many supporters and we will be sending you interviews with Irene and others.

“Ministry of Health versus Irene Chain” - Judge refuses to consider Irene’s Notice of Repudiation.
In sentencing Irene, the Judge this afternoon refused in any way to deviate from the conclusions she had already reached. She hardly made reference to the Notice of Repudiation that Irene had submitted and kept things to the pre-written script. All that was said was that, “The court acknowledges Irene’s sense of grievance.” And the prosecuting attorney referred to what Irene had filed by speaking of her “pseudo-legal” and “anti-authoritarian” views”.
Irene had already been found guilty on all five charges, and the judge stated that the only thing necessary was to decide what Irene’s sentence should be.
In the end, no fine was imposed - a minimum sentence but attempts to keep things away from the areas that Irene is demanding be looked into in a trial that has been demonstrably riddled with errors.
Irene today offered emails sent to Jane Birdsall, the one leading the team from the Ministry in prosecuting Irene, showing that one of the women Irene had been treating stated in writing that Irene had made it clear when she saw her that she was no longer a practising midwife. Jane Birdsall had withheld this email from the trial, and, of course, it is proof that Irene was not breaking any law when giving this woman advice. Yet despite this, the judge continued to state that Irene was guilty of practising under false pretences, and some ridiculous debate took place with the prosecution concerning whether she was a danger to the public and did the sentence need to be a deterrent to stop her from continuing to practise.
The result was disappointing, but not unexpected. Irene will, of course, not stop here, and her consultant Tracy spoke after the trial about launching an appeal to the Supreme Court. The judge, no doubt aware of what is likely to take place, looked extremely uncomfortable.
More than three times, Irene asked the judge if she was “under oath”, and the judge simply would not answer.
It is likely that by the time this case does make it to the Supreme Courth there will have been some very big changes to the legal system. Time will tell if those who have committed fraud and perjury - and the judge herself who would not consider the evidence that Irene had submitted - will get away scott-frree. They may be feeling relieved tonight, but this case has revealed many things and is a significant chapter in the story of the NZ people taking back their rights from a corrupt legal system.

Standing against a system that is all about self preservation at all costs is draining and disenchanting at times.
