TRIAL CONCLUDES

The second and final day for Free NZ's Liz Gunn and Jonathan Clark's judge alone trial has concluded.

Judge Janey Forrest has reserved her decision and intends to deliver it on May 21st at the Manukau District Court at 3.45pm.

The gallery was packed with supporters, many of whom felt the process was clearly unjust and are disappointed there was no positive outcome today.

The court heard from Ray Cobb who went into the police "force policy" drafted in 1961 and still is part of the main rule book in use today.

He said the police did not follow correct procedures regarding tactical communication with the public and regarding active listening. They did not deescalate the situation - they actively escalated it.

CSM spoke to defence lawyer Mathew Hague from Frontline law who said "It went very well and we're hoping for the right result."

When asked if there is a plan should the decision go against them, he said "We certainly have options should that be the case."

Following the days conclusion Liz addressed supporters and said she was so disappointed with what happened in the court room that she herself would leave the Bar.

DEFENSE LAWYER ADDRESSES SUPPORTERS

Matthew Hague from Frontline Law is representing Liz & Jonathan and said he'd never seen an assault case like this end up in court.

He went on to say it was frustrating that this case ended up going ahead given that so much doesn't end make it to court due to under resourcing of police.

Universities today are no longer places of wisdom, but of indoctrination, when every opportunity is taken in order to shape the minds of the young in line with globalist objectives.

Otago University, which has a reputation as one of the wokest of these institutions, is reaching out to students via its dedicated 'Sustainability Office' for support with its 'Net Carbon Zero by 2030' pipedream, in line with the UN's 2030 Agenda.

And given that the university factors outside travel and commuting by students into its carbon calculations, students can expect to be both penalised and preached to by the climate cult on campus.

NZ First are introducing the 'Fair Access to Bathrooms Bill' - something that barely a decade ago would have stirred up laughter and disbelief. After all, the times we are living in can only be described as insane.

The move by NZ First to restore some sanity (as well as safety) in bathrooms, is welcomed however, despite the woke mob kicking up a fuss over the bill.

According to Winston Peters:

"We have seen a similar move in the United Kingdom this month, with building regulations due to change later this year, making it compulsory to provide separate facilities for men and women for all new restaurants, bars, offices and shopping centres."

"New Zealand First campaigned to defend the right to privacy, personal safety, and freedom from harm for all New Zealanders, and this Bill demonstrates a much-needed commonsense solution to an issue that has often been overshadowed by ideology."

The Bill also introduces fines for those who use toilets designated as single-sex and who are not of that biological sex.

Meanwhile, in Western Europe as well as elsewhere in the world, the Great Depression was being used to sow communist sentiments amongst the masses.

As part of the demoralisation phase of this takeover, rampant debauchery was promoted, in order to erode the moral fabric of society.

Nowhere was this more evident than in Berlin, which became the sin capital of Europe.

During this time, the communist left and the nationalist right were battling in the streets, with militias keeping the peace by arms left over from the Great War.

The interim government of this time was known as the Weimar Republic. And those who know their history have drawn parallels with today, even going so far as to make quips about 'Weimerica'.

In fact, transgenderism, the sexualisation of children and so many other depravities of the 2020's, were all happening a century ago.

History repeats.
