London, England: An anti-ULEZ vigilante group known as the "Blade Runners" has committed itself to removing or disabling every last ULEZ camera in London.

Within London's 'Ultra Low Emission Zone', people are charged a daily fee of up to £17.50 for driving cars that don't meet arbitrary "minimum emissions standards", essentially making driving an unaffordable luxury for people who are already struggling to make ends meet as a result of runaway inflation, extortionate energy bills and a cost of living crisis.

Similar schemes are being rolled out in other major UK cities.

All part of the agenda to severely restrict people's freedom of movement, under the banners of Net Zero, the Great Reset and UN Agenda 2030.

On Monday 6th May, Shayne La Rosa, owner of the Shooters Saloon Bar, appeared in the Waitakere District Court.

A small number of about 15 people, including Irene, were present.

In this short video they both give a brief update of what happened with their interactions with our "justice"system.

DAY 1 CONCLUDING INTERVIEW WITH LIZ & JONATHAN

The charges of trespass have been dropped for both Liz & Jonathan.

So it is the resisting arrest and assault charges that are being contested with the help of Frontline Law.

The alleged assault Liz is said to have perpetrated compared to what the cop did to Liz is like night and day.

It’s like the judge is pretending not to see it. It has to be so clear that she can’t do that and even the journalists are compelled to report that the police have screwed up big time.

The fact that there were no grounds for trespass means that there were also no grounds for the police to approach in the first place. And they didn’t just approach and communicate - they approached and went into attack mode in a few seconds.

Jonathon will add a lot in his testimony on Friday, and Dr Rene de Monchy, who was there watching it all from a few meters away, will be an excellant person to finish.

He saw both the interaction with the security woman and the interaction with the cops, and he has a good delivery that makes you feel he has objectivity and professionalism.

His task will be to leave absolutely no doubt in the minds of anyone that this is a ridiculous case should never have been brought.

Yesterday, after the prosecution had finished their case, the defence attorney made a request that the charges all be dropped. That would have been the right thing for the judge to do (after a break she did drop the trespass charge) but it is actually great that we get to hear the contrasting stories of Liz, Jonathon and Rene.

It puts Liz through the wringer but it is all for a good purpose. Accept it, Liz, as part of your journey of catharsis.

You will be stronger for going through it and you will have done something big for NZ.

This case is actually a perfect way to show how in NZ there are two justice systems at work.

The big thing missing has been that the defense attorney allowed the two cops to get away with their stories not being challenged enough.

TRIAL OF LIZ & JONATHAN - DAY 2

Day 2 starts @ 10am at the Manukau District Court in Auckland.

Liz & supporters were waiting outside the court until it got too cold.

What is happening today?

1. Completion of Liz's testimony- cross examination from the procecusion.

2. Jonathan's testimony

3. 1st witness, Ray Cobb, former policeman.

He will report on the kind of intervention procedures the NZ police should use when interacting with the public.

4. 2nd witness - Dr Rene Monchy (who saw everything from a few meters away & also gave Liz a medical examination assessing her injuries)

The supporters of Liz & Jonathan know that the case should have been thrown out, but look forward to what is to come.

If the defendants are found guilty, then that will make it absolutely clear, that it is not possible to have justice in this country.

There are still spare seats in the extra large court room and parking is available at the mall across the road with all day parking passes available at the information desk inside the mall.

COURT UPDATE AT MORNING BREAK

The first session saw the cross examination of Liz Gunn by the prosecutor.

The prosecution seem to be attempting to create the narrative that the police officer was trying to help Liz up and any injuries she sustained could have come from the public.

That in itself is unbelievable, considering there are no charges related to anyone else for assault against Liz. Plain and simple, the police are lying. Nothing new there

Liz was assaulted by the police and has the physical injuries to prove it.

And they are suggesting any kicks she received could have come from other members of the public.

It looked like a deliberate attempt to traumatised Liz all over again.

She got through it & now we are going back in to court to hear the testimony of Jonathan Clark.

LIZ & JONATHAN TRIAL UPDATE

Day 2 continued:

The rest of the morning consisted of the testimony of Jonathan Clark followed by Dr. Rene De Monchy.

Jonathan gave an account of how when he was tackled by police.

He was concentrating only on his camera apart from the suddeness & violence of the assault, which left bruises on his arm & smashed his camera, he had no complaints about his further treatment.

Dr. De Monchy was testifying via a live stream link from Switzerland. For him, it was between 2 and 3 am.

The session was marred by technical difficulties.

Rene, who was standing very close & had an unobscured view described how the assault by the police seem to him to be entirely unprovoked as well as violent.

When Liz said to police "You are hurting me!", the officer said "Good!"

He reported on Liz Gunn's condition after the event, seeing she was pale & in shock, but composed.

Medically, she had bruises & swelling to the right wrist, which he diagnosed as a fracture of one bone in her wrist. He cld see that she was in great pain.

Writer's note: with these injuries, it is Liz who is being charged for assault by placing her hand on the security guard's shoulder.

We have not had a medical report as to the extent of injuries to this person's shoulder.
