Charged with dishonestly accessing a computer system, the prosecution has their work cut out for them, as they must show intent and benefit Barry received from his actions. Neither exists.
Barry's real crime? Exposing the very real safety signals existing within the Health NZ data that suggests a correlation between the jab roll out and the deaths of approximately 36,800 recipients.
That number will have no doubt increased as this farce of a hearing plays out. Health NZ should be thanking Barry for highlighting these serious saftey considerations and investigating those openly and honestly.

Almost 7,000 Kiwis participated in the recent NZTU campaign by emailing National MP Melissa Lee regarding not wanting the government to provide taxpayer support for the mainstream media.
According to NZTU Campaign Manager Connor Molloy:
"Since the email, I've spoken to someone in the Government familiar with the deliberations on how to 'help' the media. Based on the conversation, I am becoming more confident that the Government will rule out direct (i.e. cash) bailouts or subsidies, but that they are 'looking at other options'. That's political speak for a fudge. They are looking for an option that doesn't rile up the public (or make government finances, even worse) but will keep the media players happy."
Meanwhile, in a move that may be related, Prime Minister Humpty Dumpty has since stripped Melissa Lee of her Media portfolio, with Simon Watts about to take her place.

A Newsroom doco about yet another Oranga Tamariki scandal involving a child uplift case was banned for three years by the High Court. It has now been published.
The story follows four young Maori children who had been taken in by foster parents and promised a 'forever home' in an idyllic, rural South Island setting. The opportunity to not split up the siblings was rare and the foster mother even quit her childcare job in order to look after the children.
It wasn't long before racist and dysfunctional social workers however, took issue with the fact that the foster parents were 'white' and the kids were 'brown'.
According to Newsroom:
"While the couple rarely heard from Oranga Tamariki for around eighteen months, things began to change when they got two new social workers. Before long, the foster parents were being assessed for their 'cultural competency'. They say they felt under siege and believe Oranga Tamariki had a predetermiend outcome to remove the children to fulfill its new-found cultural mandate."
In other words, the children's welfare was overlooked all for the sake of a woke, racist and dysfunctional worldview by government authorities.

THE WOMAN WHO THREATENED LIZ GUNN WITH 3 MONTHS JAIL-TIME - WHO IS JANIA BAIGENT?
Jania Baigent graduated from Otago University and went on to practice law in the UK before returning to NZ in 1999 where she has been employed by lawfirm Simpson Grierson ever since.
Now a Partner at the lawfirm, she is the woman who issued Liz Gunn with legal notice requiring her to take down the leaked vax fatality and injury data. She also threatened Liz Gunn with 3 months jail-time, fines and confiscation of property if she did not comply.
Jania Baigent was likely hired for this as a result of her work in 2021 against Radio NZ, who published info derived from data stolen by cyber hackers from the Waikato District Health Board in May of that year.
After failing to extort a ransom for the info, the leak was published on the dark web, where MSM journos picked up on a story on a child patient, which was based on the data.
Commenting on that case, Jania Baigent told NZ Lawyer Magazine that:
"It may be difficult to establish that any public interest in publication outweighs the consequence of arguably assisting cyber hackers in extortion attempts" and that "The Waikato District Health Board v Radio New Zealand case shows that the court will prioritise the protection of health information and is prepared to grant injunctions against unknown parties in order to protect confidential and private personal details. This is especially so where the information is obtained from cyber attackers."
In the case of the vax data leak however, whistleblower Barry Young followed the protocols set out in the 'Protected Disclosures (Protection of Whistleblowers) Act 2022'. The leaked data was also anonymised and poses no risk to privacy.
Furthermore, the data implicates the NZ government in the deaths and injuries of thousands of Kiwis - a crime that the public will not allow to go unpunished.
CSM have since uploaded the content which was 'temporarily' taken down by Liz Gunn and FreeNZ Media.

However, according to the former dean of Harvard Medical School Jeffrey Flier, who is also a leading expert on obesity, the curriculum "promotes extensive and dangerous misinformation".

The US DOJ filed new Ex Parte motions under seal in my case today after 8 years of inactivity asking the US Court to make orders in secret without my lawyers being able to respond.
The new National Govt in New Zealand is proudly mean spirited and aggressively sucking up to the US Govt and has likely coordinated with the US DOJ to get new US Court orders that enable them to attack me, again.
It’s not coming as a surprise. This is what I told you would happen after National won the election in New Zealand recently. The new Attorney General, Judith Collins, is as ‘dirty politics’ as they get and many years ago she declared openly in Parliament “I hope that Kim Dotcom will soon be extradited.” The fact that she’s now in a position of power over my case couldn’t be a bigger conflict of interest after that statement. But that’s where we are.
I’m a nuisance to Joe Biden who is personally responsible for the destruction of Megaupload and the anti-terror style raid against my family for his Hollywood donors. Ever since then I have beaten the US and NZ Govt in Court, exposed illegal spying against me by the NSA and GCSB for which the Prime Minister of New Zealand had to apologize and numerous other unlawful Govt actions like the withholding of documents in my case for which the NZ Govt had to pay damages. To this day New Zealand has not provided me with the documents I’m legally entitled to despite an order from the Highest Court that withholding them was against NZ law.

I also educate my followers about the economic disaster that the US Govt is facing because of insurmountable debt and unsustainable money printing. So whatever this new action by the US DOJ is it will be malicious, dirty and without substance. I have done nothing wrong. I’m free to speak my mind on X (thanks to Elon) and I will continue to defend my case and expose the corruption that created it.
They want to silence me and take my freedom away. I’m expecting another raid, seizure of my devices and arrest with the goal to get my bail revoked and to stop me from being so successfully loud about the corruption that has ruined the United States and turned New Zealand into a nation that is subverting its on laws to please their US masters.
It won’t be long until they take action. The US Judge will give the DOJ what they are asking for and the New Zealand Govt is ready to act for the evildoers who want to destroy me.

In this regard, many have pointed out that life has indeed imitated art, with similarities between the film and recent times, including the rise of a tyrannical government off the back of an engineered public health crisis and an enigmatic character known by a single letter who masterminded its fall.
Interestingly, this year, the US Presidential Election (the most important election in recent history) is to be held on this most significant day - Tuesday the 5th of November.
