Irene Chain Midwife

Irene was fired on 15 November 2021 for refusing to take the JAB, a known substance to cause harm and death.

Irene resigned December 2021, and states she was "not going to be complicit in breaching her code of ethics and safety of women, with a shortage of midwives I had great concerns."

Irene has been accused of giving out post dated lab forms and info packs before she resigned, to make sure that women were safe if they couldn't get a midwife, and so they were able to get necessary tests done.

Irene has presented to 4 judges to date and Judge Maxwell is the presiding judge for today's hearing.

It is alleged that Irene wrote the forms after being fired.

Irene was also suspended for "not practicing in a clinical setting". Irene clarifies that she was in fact at her home when a family friend turned up, distressed with an unresponsive baby in her womb.

The manager reported her to Midwifery Council.

Irene has opened a Land Air Water Council, international public inquiry and produced evidence to the public.

Tracey, a support person, mentions all public servants' phone details will be publicised and can be accessed via their system under the United Nations Declaration for Indigenous Peoples.

It has been a long three year journey for Irene and those close to her.

We catch up with Irene, Tracy, her support person and Mike B (CSM reporter & writer) for their take on proceedings so far.

Interesting to note that a request was made by Mike to be able to take written notes in the court as a journalist for Counterspin Media. Judge Maxwell considered the request and denied after the prosecuter 'googled' Counterspin Media, and read out a description from Wikipedia, saying CSM was a far right extremist organisation.

KEY WITNESS ADMITS MIDWIFE SUSPENDED ON LIES

Day one of the Irene Chain Midwifery case concludes. The CSM team reports:

Irene is positive at the end of a long day.

However, she says it is "sad that the Ministry of Health doesn't care about the health and well-being of women".

Irene is clearly disappointed in the process through the court and she states some of the evidence she has submitted has been "conveniently left out".

We heard from three of the prosecutors witnesses today. 

During Irene's questioning of the first prosecution witness, when asked "so they suspended me on lies", the witness resoundingly stated "Yes"! 

This received a big applause from the supporters in the gallery in Irene's favor.

Irene mentions the prosecution have not provided any first hand knowledge and are driving forward on arguments and assumptions.

Irene states that she "is trusting the system this time for what they had the meeting for, and that it will be held in good faith from the conversations had today."

Furthermore, there is "no red flag system" against practitioners in place.

As any women can change her health care provider at any stage but our current system has absolutely nothing set in place to verify, if either the signature of the practioner or his/hers actual right to practice is legitimate. They may either work on assumption or in good faith.

"We need to fix the system & NOT punish the midwives!"

The case continues tomorrow in the North Shore District Court and support is still appreciated.

We had a quick catch up with Irene this morning on her overnight reflection of the proceedings from yesterday.

Irene stays positive and confident in her fight for justice for all midwives who have been affected and discriminated against throughout the scamdemic.

But who is Tony Blakely?

Blakely was born and raised in New Zealand. He was educated at St Pauls Collegiate in Hamilton, and went on to receive a PhD in Epidemiology from Otago University.

He co-directed the "Burden of Disease Epidemiology, Equity and Cost-Effectiveness Programme (BODE³)", which was funded by the Health Research Council (a Crown agency of the NZ government).

The primary goal of BODE³ was to build infrastructure (eg, linked datasets) and capacity (eg, epidemiological and economic simulation modelling) to assess the health impact and cost effectiveness of a range of public health interventions…

Day 2: End of day update with former midwife Irene Chain

Irene and Tracy speak to the utter incompetency of the witnesses for the prosecution, they felt the prosecution lawyers were leading the witnesses on.

We heard from another witness to the prosecutor today, a Pharmacist. He was emphatic that Irene had signed the prescription and collected it, but could not explain how that happened when in fact Irene has solid evidence to prove she was in hospital receiving treatment on that day.

Irene also maintains the signature on the prescription is not hers and has had an overseas forensic specialist analyse the signature. The report supports Irene's stance.

Irene talks about the medical model versus the holistic preventative (anticipatory care) approach. One witness who professed that she was an expert in many aspects of midwifery both in practice and regulatory roles, and has been a practicing midwife for over 20 years, openly admitted she did not know what anticipatory care was.

There were many responses from the prosecutors witnesses that didn't correspond to the presented exhibit documentation and Irene believes that much of it simply doesn't stack up.

Day three tomorrow, please come and show your support for this courageous lady standing up for the profession that is supposed to protect and nurture our mothers and babies.

Day 3: UPDATE IRENE CHAIN MIDWIFERY CASE

Today in court saw two more witnesses questioned on the stand.

Tracy speaks to some of the ludicracies of the prosecution witness accounts and behaviors.

Irene was also asked by prosecution to take the stand for questioning and she bravely agreed. Irene was first questioned by her amicus curiae (also known as a “friend of the court”).

I asked Irene why she chose to be questioned as a witness and she responded "I have confidence in my knowledge and expertise".

Irene adeptly responded to the questions. My observation was that Irene came from a place of authenticity, unlike many of the prior prosecution witnesses who seemed to be very scripted with their responses.

Unfortunately, proceedings were not concluded today, so Irene will be heading back to court tomorrow for day four. Please come and support Irene in the morning if you are able to, she really appreciates the many well wishes that have been sent.

A highlight for the day was the beautiful poem CSM's writer Mike B wrote in honor of Irene's courage.

Day 4: IRENE CHAIN MIDWIFERY CASE -
END OF HEARING SUMMARY

Today was the final day of Irene's hearing.

It was a gruelling two or more hours for Irene as the prosecution used intense pressure tactics to continue to try to beat Irene into submission.

Irene addressed the questioning from a strong stand point and at times was adequately armed to push back in areas she felt were irrelevant or that had been covered many times over the four days.

Irene leaves the court today with a final message of encouragement to all midwives who may be going through a simalar situation.

"Hold on strong, I know what you are going through. I think there is a fear of standing up because you see how these people behave without a conscience, and they attack you until there's nothing left inside, this is going to change!".

Irene's final words to those who feel conflicted about speaking out, "enough is enough, stay strong, you have to stand up in truth".

You are a very brave and courageous women Irene, we admire your stamina through this process. You have a beautiful heart and your compassion for having our mothers and babies best interest and personal wishes at the core of your midwifery practice, speaks volumes. Thank you❤️

The latest dystopian trigger has been launched by artificial intelligence developers at OpenAI in the form of a realistic text-to-video generator, named 'Sora'.

The product  reportedly has a deep understanding of language and is able to generate videos up to a minute long, while maintaining visual quality and adherence to the user's prompts. It is able to generate complex scenes with multiple characters, motion specifics and accurate details which are applied with physical-world accuracy.

That said, a few reported limitations at present, include the physics of a complex scene and the specific instances of cause and effect, as well as some spatial details and specific camera trajectory.

Sora is currently being assessed for harms and risks across critical areas and is also being purveyed by visual artists, designers and filmmakers for feedback. According to OpenAI, domain experts in fields such as 'misinformation', hateful content, and bias, known as 'red teamers' will be adversarially testing the product.

Examples of video content generated exclusively by Sora are available on the company's website, which show just how advanced the generative model is.

Rachel Dolezal Fired From Teaching Gig Over OnlyFans

Rachel Dolezal, the woman who famously pretended to be black while serving as a NAACP leader, has been fired from her job as an after-school instructor after it was discovered she was posting pornographic material on OnlyFans.

Dolezal, who changed her name to Nkechi Diallo after the NAACP scandal, was hired by the Catalina Foothills Unified School District in Arizona.

The district was reportedly unaware of Dolezal's OnlyFans content until Tuesday, although she had been posting on the site since 2021.

It is also unclear if they were also unaware of her previous controversies.

"Her posts are contrary to our district's ‘Use of Social Media by District Employees’ policy," a spokesperson for the school district said.

RFK JR. LAUNCHES NEW POLITICAL PARTY "WE THE PEOPLE":

The two-party Republican-Democrat system in the US, much like National & Labour here in NZ, is a model that exists around the world, in some shape or form. Ultimately, it is a system of political control, where truly independent parties and candidates are excluded.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the nephew of former US President John F. Kennedy, however, is launching an initiative to break this two party duopoly in the US, by launching a new party called "We the People" (sans the word party).

RFK Jr., who has been staunchly anti-mandates and pro-freedom throughout the fake pandemic, has a substantial following, particularly among freedom advocates coming from the left of the political spectrum. As such, he has drawn attention from those who have become disillusioned by the Democrat party, but who may not quite be onboard with MAGA.

According to RFK Jr.:

"As an independent candidate, my name doesn't automatically appear on the ballot, no matter how many millions of people support me in the polls.

"Party officials wrote our current rules to protect the two-party system. They designed them to prevent independent candidates like me from offering voters an alternative to the failed leaders of the past. And they're especially draconian in states with the most electoral votes - states like California and Texas.

"This is a quagmire that I will help reform once I'm in office. But for now, my campaign has got to work within the rules, and find a way to overcome each of the hurdles that they constructed to keep you
from voting freely in November.

"In many states, the law provides for two methods of getting on the ballot. First, you can do it as an individual candidate, or second, as the nominee of a new party. Each path requires a different number of signatures depending on the state. In most states, it takes fewer signatures to put an individual candidate on the ballot. But in six states, the signature threshold is lower to put a new party on the ballot."
