Barry Young - the New Zealand whistle-blower appeared in Wellington District Court this afternoon at 2.15pm.

He entered a not guilty plea.

He is to reappear on the 23rd of February, 2024

The support for Barry has more than doubled and continues to grow

We were at the court hearing and are now outside the old Bailey in Wellington, where supporters are enjoying refreshments with Barry.

Barry Young, the NZ data whistleblower appeared in Wellington District Court today.

He exited the court jubilant after having entered a not-guilty plea saying bring on the trial.

100 supporters were in attendance as Barry is fast becoming a NZ national hero.

His next court appearance will be on February 23, 2024.

According to the NZ Herald:

Professor Michael Baker of the University of Otago’s department of public health said by year’s end there was “likely to be” about 1000 virus-attributable deaths, 12,000 hospitalisations and thousands of people disabled from long Covid during 2023.

Director of the University of Auckland’s Immunisation Advisory Centre, Professor Nikki Turner, said the number of cases inferred from wastewater testing and hospitalisations were “the highest they have been since January this year”.

“There is an enormous amount of Covid-19 around at the moment. People aren’t reporting their positive results anymore, so we need to look at hospitalisation and wastewater rates to get a clearer picture,” Turner said.

There were 354 people in hospital and six were in intensive care. The latest deaths take the overall total of deaths attributed to the virus in New Zealand to 3623.

"Te Whatu Ora says a threat has been made on social media to release private health information online in connection with a recent Covid-19 vaccination data breach.

Te Whatu Ora chief executive Margie Apa said the potential release of information breached an order that the Employment Relations Authority had made preventing the publication of the Covid-19 vaccination data.

The threat had been made on X, formerly Twitter.

A post on X by a prominent Covid-19 misinformation spreader overseas shows an email directly to Te Whatu Ora’s chief executive saying, “I just completed an analysis by gender and the results are simply devastating for the Covid-19 vaccine.”

The email continued: “I was wondering if I can share the results with your epidemiologists who can confirm what I found. That way I can avoid disclosing the names.

“Otherwise, in order for people to verify the results themselves, I’ll have to release the names which I would like to avoid doing if at all possible.

“Please let me know which way you would like to proceed: a) have your epidemiologists confirm the analysis so we can keep the names confidential so we can save lives b) have me expose the names so that everyone can verify the analysis is correct so that we can save lives.

“My strong preference is a). But I suspect that you prefer option b). If I don’t hear from you, I will assume you choose b). Thanks!”

In the lead up to New Zealand's General Election, a sustained propaganda campaign was waged within the so-called 'Freedom Movement' on behalf of NZ First.

Undeclared bias was rife as various alternative platforms were used to push a specific narrative and often consisting of the same phraseology.

One hot point of discussion was the NZ First 'Covid inquiry' that we at Counterspin Media stated would be another whitewash that would yield nothing substantial. We stand by that position.

Unfortunately, NZ First shills aren't the greatest researchers or have the ability to comprehend the greater mechanisms in place that would prevent such and inquiry from revealing anything of value.

There are no surprises that a die-hard socialist like Grant Robertson has screwed our economy up during his time as Minister of Finance. After all, the government he was a part of, were hell-bent on flatlining the NZ economy in order to introduce a new financial system, based on CBDC's and social credit.

According to Jordan Williams, Executive Director of the Taxpayer's Union:

“Treasury has confirmed that the last government put New Zealand on a completely unsustainable fiscal path. Grant Robertson should be ashamed, as not since his mentor Mike Moore has a government been so dishonest with the public about what was really going on. He should be issuing an apology.”

“After Mike Moore lied to New Zealanders about the state of the books in 1990, the Fiscal Responsibility Act was put in place to ensure there were no post-election ‘nasty surprises’ like those which we have seen today.  Like back then, it is not so much the numbers, as the laundry-list of fiscal risks that are only seeing the light of day now. Items that Treasury has disclosed today were absent from the pre-election update; that is clearly not good enough.”

Damien De Ment Speaks at the Picnic for Barry Young

On Sunday 17th December, 2023, Kiwis across the nation attended a Picnic for Barry Young, the New Zealand Ministry of Health Jab Data Whistleblower, the day before he is due to enter a not guilty plea in Wellington District Court.

The main event was held in Barry’s home city of Wellington, but people gathered across the country to show their support for Barry and other whistleblowers.

Damien De Ment gave a rousing speech to the enthusiastic crowd in Auckland.

MMS HERO BATTLES ON

Roger Blake of Ngatea Water Gardens was in court again today on special appearance regarding the Miracle Mineral Solution saga.

He was raided by the NZ Police and Medsafe back in July 2020. Hannah started a GoFund me campaign for him back then to help costs.

"Medsafe has claimed this week that the products sold (by Roger) through the NZ Water Purifier website are medicines, and they were therefore seizing and removing all of the products [including a substantial quantity of unlabelled empty bottles]", he wrote on his website.

Medsafe group manager Chris James told RNZ back then that the maximum penalty for advertising an unapproved medicine was a maximum of $100,000 for a corporate body, $200,000 for an individual or a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months.

The case has been dragged through the courts and today Roger, the living man, was locked up until tomorrow where he will reappear in the Hamilton District Court.

Today NZ Herald reported:

"This morning’s hearing was to enable Judge Crowley to determine sentencing options for Blake after finding him guilty of 29 charges at an earlier trial Blake didn’t turn up to.

The charges related to breaches laid by MedSafe under the Medicines Act, along with others of obstructing a Ministry of Health officer."

"The issue then came to bail; Judge Crowley granted Blake bail with the sole condition that he report to Corrections to set a date for a pre-sentence report interview.

“I’m not going to sign a bail form. I haven’t been charged with anything,” Blake said.

He ultimately refused to sign the form and was remanded in the cells for more than four hours, before being recalled at 2pm.

On his return to the courtroom, Blake reiterated his refusal to sign the bail form and was remanded in custody again, this time until Friday, when Judge Crowley will give him another opportunity to sign for his freedom."

Supporters of Roger are asking people to come to the Hamilton District Court tomorrow, Friday 22, if you have time, from 10am.
