WHISTLEBLOWER IN COURT IN WELLINGTON TOMORROW

A health worker has been arrested and charged after allegedly misusing and disclosing vaccination data, while spreading misinformation about Covid-19, police told 1News this evening.

The 56-year-old man will appear in the Wellington District Court tomorrow charged with accessing a computer system for dishonest purposes, police said.

It comes after health officials today laid a police complaint against a staff member.

In addition, Te Whatu Ora has been granted an injunction that "prevents any publication of the data" by the Employment Relations Authority.

However, authorities are still "working to confirm the full extent" of the man's activities.

Health New Zealand chief executive Margie Apa said earlier today that the agency was urgently working to deal with the "unauthorised disclosure and misuse of data by one of its staff members".

The man involved has allegedly spread misinformation about the Covid-19 vaccine.

Our Whistle-Blower Has Been Arrested. It’s Time We All Blew Our Whistles Just As Loud As We Can!

The reaction of the authorities to Liz Gunn’s whistle-blower’s data more or less proves their guilt. If they were at all worried about the health of the people in this nation, wouldn’t they have looked in a concerned way at the data to see if it were true?

But no, first thing they do is draw attention to the messenger, not the diabolical message he is carrying, and say he has obtained it illegally and say how disappointed they are that he has broken their trust. Then, without looking at the message, they label it “misinformation” and make attempts to discredit it. Then they lay charges, and have the police surround the whistle-blower’s home and arrest him. Well, New Zealand, they couldn’t really have said it any clearer. This is a pretty good indication that your government has something to hide!

Whatever your politics, whatever your group preference or favourite personality, this is the time to put all of that aside and do what is right, and support this brave man.

Whatever you think about the way the information was put out, "Winston Smith" or Barry Young as he is reportedly called, needs us.

He chose to put his face on camera.

He chose to stay home rather than go to a safe house.

This was his free will choice as much as people want to point fingers.

He should be applauded for having the courage to present the data and stand up tall beside it.

Whistleblower Barry Young appeared in Wellington District Court this morning to the sound of applause and cheers from supporters who packed the gallery.

His time in the dock was short as the judge adjourned the matter until 2:15pm this afternoon to give Police the opportunity to present evidence for opposing bail. At the time, no evidence was offered except the usual 'we believe there is a risk of...'

BAIL GRANTED FROM 1:00PM TOMORROW IN WHISTLEBLOWER CASE

The judge in the case considered the bail matter argued for by Mathew Hague [Frontline Law] and the opposition to bail argued by the Police.

The Police earlier today sought a search warrant to access information stored on a cloud service, and it's believed that the reason bail is granted from 1:00pm tomorrow, is to allow the Police to complete that task. 1TB [Terrabyte] of information is expected to be recovered from the storage device/s.

Bail conditions will include being unable to use electronic devices capable of accessing the Internet.

The charge relating to accessing government data without permission carries a maximum sentence of 7 years.

Barry Young will reappear on the 18th of December, where he is expected to enter a plea.

Andrew Bridgen MP discusses NZ data in UK Parliament, with support for the death jab immediately following, claiming it has been “debunked,” less than 24 hours after the data release.

For the record, nothing has been “debunked.”

Interview coming tonight with more info on some of the “debunking” claims, which has already been addressed by Steve Kirsch. Multiple initial detractors have come forward claiming their initial understanding or analysis may not have been complete.

Steve has offered anyone to debate him on the data.

The Middle East, like Ukraine and Taiwan, is a flashpoint for a potential global conflict that could ignite WW3. And Gaza is not the only battleground at present.

On Sunday, commercial shipping in the Red Sea came under attack from drones and missiles in an assault claimed by Yemen's Houthi rebels, who are supported by Iran. The USS Carney was on hand and shot down multiple drones during the assault.

Three commercial vessels were targeted in four separate attacks, which took place in international waters and started around 9.15am local time. Merchant vessels sustained minor missile damage, while the USS Carney was unscathed.

According to Houthi military spokesman Brig. Gen. Yahya Saree:

"The Yemeni armed forces continue to prevent Israeli ships from navigating the Red Sea (and Gulf of Aden) until the Israeli aggression against our steadfast brothers in the Gaza Strip stops,"

AS 'WHISTLEBLOWER' REVELATIONS GO VIRAL ACROSS THE WORLD, RESTRICTIONS IN NEW ZEALAND ARE PLACED ON THE INFORMATION

Here is a copy of the ERA interim order prohibiting the publication of a range of info.

A summary of the order as it relates to everyone:

1. Cannot disclose to any third party or publicly release any information on the database.

2. Cannot access or perform any set of operations on the Information or any copies, extracts of other sets of information derived from the Information, prohibition includes using, accessing, searching, reviewing, copying, sharing, publishing, making available to any member of the public, transferring or disclosing the Information.

3. Have to permanently delete any and all copies of the database, any versions of the information, and any other unlawfully obtained information in their possession or control.
 
In the second point, reference is made to “information derived from the Information”. This is a vague concept, and no bright line can be pointed to that you should not cross. For example, while publishing graphs or statistics derived from the data likely would be prohibited, the more remote the “derived information” becomes, the less clear that it is covered by the interim order.

It is recommended that care is taken and that advice is sought if needed.
