With the release of the Twitter Files recently, it’s now official that the US Government colluded with major social media to manipulate public perception. We now know that the US Government, through the FBI, was able to request Twitter to take down posts they didn’t like. This is not only a violation of the American First Amendment, but contravenes the very spirit of free speech laws.

GOLF CLUB APPEAL DECISION TO PAY OUT $30K

Yesterday CSM was informed that the Whangamata Golf Club is appealing a recent Employment Relations Authority ruling, after Frontline Law received paperwork from the club's employment consultant.

The club was ordered to pay former employee Benjamin Harwood approximately $30k after his lawyer argued that their employment policy was "unreasonable and unfair" & failed to fairly consider alternatives to dismissal.

Harwood, whose roles included professional golf coach & director of golf, told us that as a result of not getting jabbed, he was dismissed, despite giving them plenty of alternatives to satisfy health & safety concerns.

Harwood's lawyer Victor Corbett said the club has limited grounds of appeal - nor have they identified any in their application.

They intend on fully defending the appeal with a view to reconfirm the Authority's ruling.

A few weeks ago, I wrote a positive article in Counterspin about the good work that Elon Musk is doing in making ordinary people aware of things they’ve not been aware of before. It was criticised by some who drew attention to Musk’s past and present deeds (Neuralink, defence contracts, AI research, sucking at the teat of government contracts for vast amounts of government money, etc) which surely show he is a deep state agent.

Incoming PM Chris Hipkins has held the portfolio of Education Minister since his first term in Government back in 2017.

Under his leadership, the sex education curriculum has had parents up and arms with some of the material making it's way to children as young as 6 years old.

Last year, a Northland mum wanted sex education in the classroom reviewed after a "disturbing" school handout stole her 12-year-old daughter's innocence, she said.
