The far left group, Antifa, are alive and well in New Zealand.
The local Dunedin chapter, Otepoti Antifa, worked over time to pressure venues to cancel "Let's Not Forget" bookings, then the did the same to the "Dark 2 Light" events and today they are doing counter protests against The Freedom and Rights Coalition.
Unfortunately they have been indoctrinated by identity politics & far left ideologies so they can't see any common ground.
If only they had the courage to have a conversation they might realise that corporate, bureaucratic totalitarianism is the common enemy.
Thanks to CSM correspondent Penny Benson for covering this story, who noted the freedom group were just a bunch of ordinary NZers wanting masks, jabs and mandates gone.

Shopping at Amberley Countdown this afternoon prompted us to joke - would it be cheaper if they took their balaclava off?!
The price on basics is ridiculous.
Meanwhile the rebel alliance was out in force, with at least 10 of us shopping simultaneously without masks.
We asked a number of the rebels why they were maskless and they simply said they have had enough and covid is over!
A conversation we over heard was heartening when a little girl asked her dad "Are we wearing a mask today daddy" and he replied "Not today".

"GIVE A LITTLE" FOR RICHARD PROSSER'S FUNERAL
Richard Prosser's family contacted us after his passing, thanking us for our tribute to him.
Just before Richard left our world, his sister Angela had attended the "Let's Not Forget" Cust event. She told Richard about it and he instantly asked her to say hi to his mate Kelvyn.
Richard's funeral has been delayed until July 18th to allow Angela time to get to the U.K from NZ.
As if by divine design, they have been able to secure the services of the brave funeral director John O'Looney.
A LIVE link will be shared for those who can not attend.
If you can give anything to help with funeral costs, the family would be very grateful, with any excess going to mental health services.
Let's give Richard, the "truth-teller send off" he deserves & bring him home.
