The "Let's Not Forget" tour has started & as a pre tour warm up we help an evening gathering at the former Lone Star restaurant New Lynn.
Owners, Brendan & Stephanie stood strong against the government vaccine mandates & unfortunately this meant they have not only lost their business but also their home.
Despite their losses, they have found support within the wider freedom movement & it was a logical place to hold our pre tour gathering.
Speakers include Lynda Wharton from the Health Forum NZ, Amy Benjamin, former law Lecturer at AUT, Elliot Ikilei, the Daily Examiner, Peter Vaughan, a Profiler & mayoral candidate & lastly we hear from Anna Hodgkinson a mother, whose daughter was severely jab injured.
The MC was Damien De Ment & music by DJ Ape X & Mark.
It was a great night, attended by over 200.

The lights are in and the interior is coming along nicely with bucket seats going in shortly.

A camera operator we collaborate with was told by an official at the Auckland dawn service that Counterspin was not to film or LIVE stream and that Maori TV had exclusive rights to filming a public event on public land.
Is that fair? Why can independant media not bring coverage to the people?
And you'll notice the PM Jacinda Ardern was there, along with the leader of the opposition and the Auckland mayor.
That was kept very quiet. Is that why they tried to dissuade people from attending?

This morning we were at Te Whakarongotai Marae in Omapere, where a carnival like event was planned to make taking an experimental jab fun.
Tina, a concerned mother, went to ask questions so she could make an informed choice.
The lead nurse, while nice enough, was regurgitating the usual narrative, and was dismissive of the very real concerns people have regarding the serious adverse effects this serum could have on our children.
Jabbed children would be able to use a bouncy castle, go in the draw to win an iPad, get Mr Whippy and eat free hangi.

Thanks to Geoff for organizing a casual meet & greet at the Paihia Market today.
It was wonderful to see some familiar faces and to meet many of you for the first time.
Dana Lee let us know we were then invited to Waitangi to see what was going on there regarding on going political tensions.
Around 40 people are still inhabiting land, highlighting the corruption in Waitangi.
Carlene Hereora and others were there to welcome us & after a powhiri, a cuppa and some delicious scones we were treated to a lesson in Maori land law.
In future, we will look at doing a round table discussion with key people from this inhabitation.

9.30am: Depart From Base Camp, Nova Scotia Drive, Waipu:
Set up a tight convoy, head down SH1 through Whangarei.
10.00am: Turn right at Kensington Stadium roundabout (SH1, Right on to Kensington Ave).
Turn right on to Kamo Road and come down Bank street towards the Whangarei courts.
To join on to the convoy with your own vehicle, join on from the southern side of the Kensington carpark filing in safely at 10.00am.
Please mark your car with Save the Refinery signs as much as possible.
9.50am: Pedestrians assembled at the court house and wait for the convoy to arrive.
