The GMC was in breach of the right to take part in society & the right to free speech.
As of December 20, a criminal investigation is now underway, as is a civil action of gross negligence & man slaughter against the medicines regulator & the GMC.

The ICC also has a referral from the U.K.

NZ POLICE & NZDF TAKE LEGAL ACTION
A group of uniformed professionals from the New Zealand Police and NZDF have applied to the High Court for judicial review of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Specified Work Vaccinations) Order 2021 (the Vaccine Order).
The Vaccine Order will result in hundreds of dedicated uniformed professionals being discharged from service if they are not fully vaccinated by 28 February 2022.
The Vaccine Order does not allow the genuinely held religious beliefs of some workers to be considered, and does not allow the use of alternative ways to keep people safe, for example regular testing.
The 3 applicants represent & are supported by a group of hundreds of affected uniformed professionals.
In making the Vaccine Order the government has turned what should be a health issue into an issue of fundamental human rights.

The PM's fiancé Clarke Gayford, was called when a group of musicians didn't like a pharmacists advice regarding Covid testing.
The group got Gayford on the phone who proceeded to tell a Tauranga pharmacist that there had been a change in the guidance and these people should be given RAT tests instead of PCR tests due to being labelled "close contacts."
Chris Bishop, National Party MP says "what we have here is the PM's fiancé attempting to subvert ministry of health rules for his mates, putting pressure on a pharmacist just trying to do his job."
Michael Taylor said MOH had given advice & Gayford's was not aligned with this and he appeared "very unimpressed," when challenged.
