He killed his mother and younger brother, 7 more people at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School, and himself.
More than 25 people reported injured, so far, with two in critical condition.
He had been taking female hormones from age 15, meaning he was groomed much earlier, likely on Reddit and Discord. He was also was on heavy doses of SSRIs.
Posts from his now-deleted Reddit account show that he took psychedelic drugs, including DMT, and frequented the "transguns" subreddit.
I haven't found a single mainstream media outlet reporting this information, they all claim the shooter's identity is unknown.

It seems Israel's PR crisis has reached rock bottom. The Jerusalem Post has a piece by Tommy Robinson about Epstein which takes aim at antisemites and denied Epstein was a Zionist. The piece is clearly written by AI.
Anyone familiar with Tommy's posting knows he struggles with the written word, and anyone familiar with AI slop will recognise the many "tells" there are in this that reek of LLM generated text. Here are some quotes I pulled from it (note the repetitive 'not x but y' sentence structure):
"The honest position is not to accept official denials as closure, but to confront the likelihood that Epstein..."
"This story does not resolve. It deepens"
"When truth is rationed, suspicion multiplies"
"This is not anti-Israel. It is pro-standards"
