The problem is not bad policing, leftist judges, "mental illness," etc.; Blacks are the problem.
Every Black on that train either watched Iryna bleed to death, filmed her, or nonchalantly exited the train when it stopped.
Excluding her killer, she was sat next to four men and one obese woman. They all did nothing.
Any one of them could have subdued her attacker or rushed over to help stop the bleeding. They were mere feet away from her.
Deport every single Black to Africa.
Note: The first person to help her was a racially ambiguous man (possibly Hispanic, Arab, or mixed-race), by which point she had already lost far too much blood to survive.
