Many Republicans would just quote the constitution as they are marched to the firing squad.

Tragically, the only policeman brave enough to intervene tackled an innocent man (wearing the blue jacket) who was punching an bystander by mistake. Total chaos and confusion, and none of it made better by the insecure and frightened behaviour of the police.
